Really enjoyed our stay with Tina. The apartment is very comfortable and the mattress so soft you'll fall asleep in 2 minutes. We really appreciated the personal surprise touch when we opened the fridge. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us as well as bar of luxury chocolate on the table. We highly recommend Tina as a host if you plan on going to Devon. Easy access to the motorway makes it a must to stay in.

Chris & Sally are so friendly and helpful such a lovely couple and extremely welcoming …the accommodation was very luxurious and everything we needed for our stay the fridge was even stocked up with essentials so we didn’t have to go shopping when we arrived!! They went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable…absolutely amazing views…We shall have no hesitation in recommending this AirB&B to friends and family…one of the best ones we’ve stayed at!! Great stopover place for our trip to Exeter. Cottage was beautifully furnished in a peaceful village and had everything we needed.

Another fabulous stay here. We always enjoy our time at Louise’s place. As always, extremely clean, well stocked, and lovely little personal touches and amazing views. Louise is always very helpful, lots of great recommendations. We will be back!

Having grown up in the area, Kennel Farm is the place we choose to come back for our family holiday every year. We love the house and surroundings. Excellent location and Tanya is a perfect host. Highly recommend.

Anna was there to greet us soon after we arrived. We had already seen photos of the accommodation and read descriptions, but I can only say it exceeded expectations. Perfect place to spend a week relaxing and exploring locally. The artisan cafe across the road was full of character and delicious homemade food. There is also a well stocked village shop on the northern outskirts. We hope to return. Thank you Anna.

Had a great time staying here with all the family, the house is so close to the beach it was perfect for us! Was such an easy and chill stay with a surprise hamper full of goodies when we arrived. Would love to stay here again and Tristan was super helpful with recommendations and extra info!

Really lovely and beautiful done place. Full or interesting things felt very much at home. The garden was so beautifully landscaped was a joy in and out. Very peaceful and we had some gorgeous sunsets!! Will definitely come again as soon as we can.

Lavinia and her husband were amazing hosts. I stayed for one night with my cousin and our 2 elderly mothers on the way down to Weymouth. The cottage was lovely, with everything that we needed. The location was easy to find with Lavinia's instructions, and it was a perfect place to stay, with a beautiful sunset. Would be a great place for a week to use as a base. Fabulous few days staying at The Annexe. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is there for you. Clean and comfortable with a pretty garden to sit in. Beautiful place with lovely views. Debbie and Derek are wonderful hosts, always on hand for advice on places to visit and to eat. Thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had the most wonderful weekend in Lyme Regis, and Tess's house was the perfect home from home in an ideal location. Not only did the house provide everything we needed, she laid out a cream tea for our arrival and the girls were very excited by the toys in their bedroom. We spent our days exploring and evenings on the beach where not only a seal spent the night in the bay while the girls paddled but we also spent an hour watching a dolphin jumping out the water. We will most certainly be back. Thank you for a magical family weekend x

Brilliant stay. Beautiful apartment, well equipped and convenient for the town, Abbey and eateries etc. Sarah and Tony are very approachable and get back to you quickly. Don't depend on being able to park outside though as only 4 spaces and only free from 6pm to 09.30. Best to park on the car park which is 2 minutes away and using the parking app is very reasonable. Great place to stay, loved the town and it's people. Thank you Sarah and Tony 😎

I had a great stay in Rebecca’s flat. It’s clean and tidy and well stocked with all you could need for short and longer stays and with some lovely, complimentary goodies. The flat has its own dedicated parking space and the location offers easy access to local shops, cafes and restaurants and is within good access to the beach. Rebecca was flexible in amending my stay duration which I appreciated, thank you.

A beautiful apartment just a short walk away from the centre of Torquay. Dean was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. What a wonderful place to stay for a really relaxing weekend. The annex was perfect for the two of us with everything we needed and Mari was very welcoming and informative. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We absolutely loved our stay at Carley’s apartment. All directions and instructions were spot on and easy to follow. The apartment was perfect and the view is stunning, and everything we needed was thought of by Carley, who was also super helpful and friendly. We’d definitely recommend to anyone!
