Monthly Rentals in Brie-sous-Chalais

No complaints, the house is clean, spacious, and well renovated. There is everything you need to stay a few nights to a few weeks (equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, tv, fiber...). The location is ideal if you want to rest in peace while having access to all amenities at 15min. Angouleme and Bordeaux are not far away either. Ludivine and Geoffrey were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, we were in full purchase of real estate in the area, and coming from the Netherlands it allowed us to breathe a little time to do all the administrative steps required. We had our pug with it and the available space allowed it to enjoy a little of the great outdoors. Self check-in is always convenient especially when you have a lot to do, and it allows you to leave the key in the box when you leave to avoid losing it unnecessarily during the day. Bonus point, Gaia's presence <3

7 of us comfortably stayed at Johns place. We felt right at home, he gave us a tour of the place and some great tips when we arrived. He was super friendly and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent, only five minutes from a local town with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a recommendation from him regarding a trip to Cognac. We would all return to his place. Especially considering how comfy we all found the beds. Thanks very much John!

Lovely place in the countryside. Everything in the house was good quality and it felt very cosy. Roux was really lovely and helped with anything we needed. there were nice walking trails nearby and the area was peaceful and quiet. Only downside was the wood burning stove wasn't working, but apart from that everything was perfect!
