Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

The house is located in Brienno, an ancient medieval village typical of Lake Como. Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Stylishly furnished and directly on the waterfront apartment with private entrance. Quiet location in Brienno. The apartment can be reached from the free car park in about 5 minutes. Brienno is characterized by centuries-old catacombs and alleys that deserve to be explored. Away from the through traffic you will find in the village a Lido, a small bar, a typical Italian pizzeria, a small harbor and a church. Brienno is an ideal starting point for excursions and hikes.

IL NIDO – the world from a porthole

Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 7 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Our cottage is ideal for a couple. Most small places for two will be apartments - here you will be in the heart of a unique traditional village on the Lake, but living in your own private chalet with lovely outdoor space and uninterrupted views. The cottage was built 20 years ago, repurposing the original stone from a pre-existing Roman building. It is perfect as a base to explore many other Lake sites, hike, boat, sunbathe, relax, and enjoy local cuisine.

Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

The house is located in a convenient area due to the presence of free street parking (free and with a parking disc, not guaranteed), food shops, restaurants-pizzerias, pharmacy and ATMs. It is also possible to find nearby bus and boat stops for Como or Bellagio. All services are within walking distance.
