You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated three-sided courtyard. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are just a 30-minute drive from the city centre of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren- Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havelland cycle path crosses our village.

Falkenrehde is located directly on the border of Potsdam and is surrounded by lakes, fields and forest. But it is also close to Brandenburg an der Havel, Potsdam and Berlin. The surroundings therefore invite you to a quiet stay in the seclusion of the sparsely populated lake landscape as well as to excursions to the cultural institutions of the nearby cities.

Sit back and relax in my lovingly furnished duplex accommodation in a completely renovated house with underfloor heating. It is located in a semi-detached house on the 2nd floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. The house is bordered by a newly completed terrace, a large garden with lots of greenery (currently being renovated), a pool of 4 x 8 m with seating and lounging options. The outdoor area of the pool will also receive a new look next year.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
