peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings, the barn is squeaky clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Silvana has thought of it all and made it really easy to enjoy. Its a great area of the world close to beautiful coastline and hiking paths. We at the Cuckmere Inn which I'd recommend as well as a visit to Rathfinny vineyard and Beak brewery.

Excellent place to stay, very close and convenient access to Goodwood Motor Circuit, and lots of other lovely places nearby. Easy access and instructions, with some nice biscuits and milk left for guests (if we weren't vegan we'd have snaffled them up). My only recommendation if using the parking spot is to check the size of the space, you may have an issue if your vehicle is particularly large.

What a lovely place to spend a couple of nights. We travelled quite a distance to visit the Knepp Estate re-wilding project and this was the perfect base. Thoughtful extras and the resident alpacas made it a memorable visit. We would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Susie is a great host and was so helpful to us with check in. The guest house is very peaceful, lovely quiet situation at end of private drive. Guest house has all that you need for a stay. Comfortable bed and we slept really well both nights. Can recommend The Deers Hut pub for better than average pub food about a mile away. Thanks very much and if we have another event to attend in the area we'll be back!

Beautiful place to stay. The views are wonderful and lots of nature and wildlife. Suite is a great size, we enjoyed having a glass of fizz on the balcony in the sunshine. The host was very responsive and there's a lovely pub a short walk away.

Visited for the second time and had another fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Close to a friend's wedding venue and were able to pick up anything needed due to a number of nearby shops and amenities. Such a lovely area and friendly and helpful hosts - thank you.

A beautiful and spacious accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. A perfect place to come back to and relax in after exploring the delights of Shoreham. Super comfy bed. Lovely garden with seating area.

Gail’s studio was lovely, plenty of parking for us, no noisy neighbours, clean and all new and nice furnitures especially the bathroom which was very nice. There were labels all over letting us know how to find things and use things, a great fan for the summer and plenty of usb sockets with a cute little hamper of breakfast bits for our wake up the next day. A lovely peaceful tidy little spot would happily go again! Thank you Gail!

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is compact but so well thought out and Angie makes everything easy and welcoming (tea, coffee,milk, granola, toiletries etc). The bed was very comfy. As the weather was lovely we were able to enjoy the outside space. Parking was welcome and it was an easy walk into the centre.

I stayed at Gemma and Adam’s airbnb whilst down in West Sussex for work. It was the perfect base which I felt right at home at. Gemma and Adam had left a list of local recommendations - places to eat, things to do etc - which was so helpful. The space was bright, cosy & clean. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever visiting the area again.

I highly recommend Sarah's Airbnb. I'll definitely stay again when I visit friends again. It's in a fantastic location being near to the Ashdown Forest, Tunbridge Wells & Lewes, just to name a few. Sarah was very accommodating to my requests & always replied quickly. Everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. Very good value too.

Extremely comfortable annex to the owner’s home. Private, quiet & very well stocked with delicious breakfast items. Cool in the hot weather too. Good pubs & close to the Bluebell Railway. Marvellous surrounding countryside & lots of lovely places to walk. Thank you.

We visited for a birthday trip to the surrounding vineyards (Wiston & Kinsbrook) - Christopher was super responsive and friendly and even accommodated an early check in to support our lunch/tasting! The air bnb is as pictured in a nice, peaceful location surrounded by the countryside (our ideal). The host also provided a guest book with great recommendations for local breakfasts etc. As someone from Sussex, it's a great base to explore the local countryside, South Downs and numerous vineyards!

We had a lovely time here. The annexe was really everything we needed for a long weekend. So many thoughful touches. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The radio was playing gently when we got there and some biscuits had been left for our arrival. Sheets to cover the sofa were provided so we didn't have to worry about our black furry dog ruining anything. We usually bring our own but it was all thought of. My dog was made most welcome which is really important to us. He loved playing with Martha and exploring in the woods. Such a tranquil place. We barely heard a woof out of him he was so relaxed. We look forward to returning one day.

This was a joy. Beautiful touches when we arrived: fresh flowers, a sourdough loaf and butter, milk and jam, and a small welcoming personalised note. Unexpected and delightful.

We had a wonderful stay with our toddler at Christy’s place. She accommodated our needs with no fuss and a lot of care- providing a high chair, stair gate and cot for our little one. The Annex is beautiful and in a great location to explore East Sussex and Kent. Would not hesitate to recommend this place! It is outstanding. Thanks Christy and Nicholas!

Received a warm welcome. Carole’s place is spotless and cozy. It has everything you need for a relaxing few days. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet, private garden, just the spot to finish my book. Excellent value and location.

Lovely little hideaway set in an incredibly beautiful garden. Beautifully decorated, great shower, well stocked kitchen, sheltered outdoor nook that's great for eating when the weather's good, and a very cute fluffy little dog. Fabulously comfortable bed, sofa, perfect for relaxing. And superb value, especially for such a great location.

thank you for the amazing stay! everything was well organised, and there was plenty of space! super easy parking and deborah was so friendly and kind, we couldn’t have had a better stay! perfect for getting in and out of brighton too. very useful amenities and a clean comfortable space. both my partner and i had a lovely weekend away and will hopefully be back again soon! wonderful place and wonderful people❤️

We had great stay. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we had great experience. He’d left lots of breakfast items, fresh juice, fresh fruit, yoghurts, eggs, bread, cereals,milk. It was brilliant. Also there were some items in fridge you could pay for, beer, Prosecco, nuts etc. it was all spotlessly clean, kitchen had everything you would need including coffee maker, and it all looked new. Bathroom a little small, but it was fine, shower cubicle was large and shower powerful. Toiletries provided, which were good quality.
