Spacious 2 bed cottage sleeps six with private courtyard. Quiet central location with free off street parking for 2 standard size cars. Just 2 mins from beach and i360 and minutes from Brighton's great restaurants and nightlife. Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Small double sofa bed. (The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am

A large kitchen diner with room to lounge, TV room with Netflix and Sky and a south facing patio. This house can sleep up to 8 with a small sofa bed in the lounge. We can also provide a cot bed and highchair. You have the use of a washing machine and many home comforts. Great location with everything in walking distance. Towels and linen included.

Escape to the seaside, and come and stay at our lovely, spacious 2 bedroom victorian house. The bright & sunny, centrally located house is just moments from the seafront and the pier in Kemptown. The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

A lovely bright seaside house, 200m from the beach and Hove lawns. On a quiet, friendly street a very short walk from just about everything - cafes, restaurants & bars, playgrounds & parks, shops, galleries & theatres. 10 mins walk along the seafront to the West Pier, Brighton Centre & i360. The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. We're very happy that many guests see at as "their" Brighton home and keep coming back.

Roof Garden House very close to centre & beach

Very comfortable town house, centre of Brighton, close to i360 and seafront with large outdoor roof garden/terrace. Refurbished in 2022 and perfect for families, groups or couples looking to be near the centre. Sea views to the master bedroom and stairway. The Roof garden is secluded and quiet and is a year round real suntrap, perfect for alfresco dining or just relaxing. The accommodation is set over 3 floors and has its own private entrance and has 2 deluxe family bathrooms plus a WC.
