An amazing place to stay! Delighted to have the chance to benefit from the love and attention that has been given to this apartment- a lovely touch was being able to learn all about the history and development of the property in the photo book. This is what Airbnb is all about. Very comfortable, walking distance to all amenities and everything you could need for a break in Brighton

It was a great location. It has easy access to the beach. The bed was nice and soft. I had a good stay here.

Lovely stay at the property with great sea views and a very quick walk into town and to the pier. The area was also far enough away from the town that it was peaceful in the evenings. No parking as forewarned but plenty of 24 hour car parks within walking distance.

We had a lovely trip in Brighton this weekend! Luke’s apartment is in an amazing location, central to everything. Just a 5 min walk down to the beach, and lovely bars and restaurants all in walking distance too. The instructions were easy to follow to find the apartment and to get access to the property. Not too noisy either which may be a concern when staying on a high street. Only issue was parking, however this is of course no fault of Luke’s, but just a challenge when trying to find affordable parking anywhere in a location like central Brighton, however Luke did provide some recommendations which were helpful. The apartment itself was lovely, the bedroom had a stunning view of the sea and a very comfortable bed. The living room/kitchen was lovely, spacious and bright. The bathroom is quite small but of course does the job! Overall, this was a lovely place to stay for a weekend in Brighton and I would absolutely stay again. Luke was also extremely quick with all replies! Thank you!

My family had a fabulous stay at the Smugglers Snug. The place is immaculate, beautifully decorated and spotless. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. I would most definitely recommend staying here and hope we'll be back in the future.

We travelled to Brighton for our first holiday as a family of four, 2 adults, our 3 year old and 8 month old. The location of the apartment is wonderful, peaceful yet very close to the main city and buses/the beach etc and we felt very relaxed and at home. The host was very good at communicating (especially when entry to the flat with the code was a bit tricky first time which we really appreciated), the apartment was clean, the bedrooms flexible for our needs and good facilities. We'd definitely recommend and stay again!

What a great find! We were a family group of 9 including 2 young children, the house was definitely big enough to accommodate us all with spacious rooms, a stunning kitchen area, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms/en suite. The kids enjoyed all the games on offer, especially the ping pong table. Tony was a real hit too. Susie is a great host, offering great local advice/recommendations and was so kind to allow us an early check-in. We had 3 cars with our party but only permits for 2 cars however Susie's lovely neighbour happened to be around when we were deciding what to do with the 3rd car and offered us some of her additional permits for a small amount of money, this allowed us to all be parked outside the property with no concern about moving the cars, it really was a bonus. I would recommend this lovely house to any large group, close to beach and shops and Brighton town centre.

I was only at Anne-Marie’s house overnight, but it was a lovely, quiet spot away from the bustle of Brighton but conveniently close to everything. It’s a beautiful house with a lovely garden, and I would have no hesitation in staying there again!

I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

Really good place, great location, and more than enough space for 7 of us! While we didn't use it, the kitchen was large and well stocked - so would be great for families too. The games area is in a corridor and doesn't have much space - it's great for a quick game, but not a space you can use to hang out for a long time. David was a great host, too - very responsive and helpful throughout the trip! If you need a space for 4-8 people in Brighton, this is a great option 😀

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

We had a lovely stay in Ali's beautiful apartment, check in procedure was easy, the apartment was as descibed,with everything you nrrd to enjoy your stay and a lovely balcony with a beautiful view where we could enjoy a coffee in the morning and a wine or 2 in the evening.We stayed for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Ideal location for Brighton itself, or The Seven Sisters walk, and Undercliff walk. Thanks Ali for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment.

Wonderful flat in great location! The super kind hosts left us welcome goodies, too! The flat has everything you need, and it was very clean, organized, well-decorated, and comfortable. Lots of natural light and nice design/decor makes the flat feel big. It was a great bonus to have the extra half bath, too. We would definitely stay here again :)

This apartment has definitely the ultimate sea view - it’s outstanding. The apartment itself provides everything that’s needed for a comfy stay. Brunswick Square is a marvellous neighbourhood and very well located: less than 5 min walk to the beach, a gorgeous parc, lovely cafes, very good restaurants and groceries right around the corner. What‘s a bit of a downside is the run-down staircase that leads up to the apartment. Hopefully this will be renovated in the near future to bring the - once surely elegant - building back to its former glory.
