Tastefully renovated with a carrara marble ensuite bathroom, queen bed, dining table, 40" TV with Fire Stick Streaming device, room size refrigerator, microwave, and pod coffee maker. Rochester's best neighborhood, walk to downtown, the Strong Museum of play, Eastman House Museum, Memorial Art Gallery, Science Museum, and Planetarium, and Restaurants, breweries, urban winery, and coffee shops.

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.
