Located on the edge of the South Wedge/Highland Park area of Rochester it is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Highland Park and the thruway 490. It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

Our Riverside Apt. Sunny, 2 level apt, in rear of house, a short walk to the U of R with plenty of space/parking. One bedroom with lots of character as well as a futon in the living room in restored mansion on Mt. Hope. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spiral staircase, and 1 and 1/2 baths. It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.
