If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.

Objekt je klimatiziran sa tri unutarnje klima jedinice, kuhinja objekta nudi sve sadržaje koji su potrebni za življenje, a u dnevnom dijelu se nalazi TV ravnog ekrana sa satelitskim programima te kutna sofa. Objekt nudi dvije spavače sobe. Kupaona je opremljena walk in tuš kabinom i perilicom rublja. Prostrana terasa je posebna pogodnost stana.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
