Lovely apartment right in the heart of the action, just off Chapel Street in Melbourne's most vibrant neighbourhood. Very convenient for tram routes to the city centre and Richmond. Very safe and secure. Excellent hostess.

Great host with easy communicatio. smaller apartment than expected but everything in pristine condition with nice linen and amenities. cannot beat this location and easy check in to top it off cheers

We had a very pleasant stay, close to many great eateries and as well as a well stocked kitchen. Would recommend for anyone travelling through Melbourne.

Terry's Warehouse Apartment is fantastic . The location is second to none with every part of Melbourne CBD at your fingertips. Check in was effortless and Terry was prompt with any communication . The little extra touches that Terry supplies are lovely and make you feel right at home . We had a marvellous stay and look forward to staying again in the future .

We really enjoyed our stay. We used it as a base to travel to Melbourne which we were able to do from South Geelong Station which was only about 10 minutes drive and had free parking at the station. Near the Loft was a general store, laundromat and restaurants within easy walking distance. It had the normal distant road noises but was fairly quiet location. Unless you like microwave food you cannot cook but we did grab pizza and other foods locally or while we were in Melbourne. As it was just my teen son and myself they made sure there was an extra mattress and bedding which was great. The room has adequate heating or cooling, but kept a nice ambient temperature. What was important for me was that we felt safe and the fact that our car had an off road, carport with roller door access, made it feel all the more secure. (There were no safety issues locally just a personal preference) Would definitely stay there again. Thank you 🙏🌼

Sandy and Clive’s place was easy to find & access - a very welcoming, private, peaceful place. We loved having a place to charge our plug-in EV car too. We chose it because of its close proximity to the National Celtic Festival in Port Arlington, & it was at a decent price point for us! A very cosy, cute one room space - but with everything we needed. Including an ensuite with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable & we slept well! The aircon unit was also the heater - which was a bit noisy , so we didn’t run it at night. Perhaps a small radiator would be handy in winter? But there were plenty of blankets & an electric blanket to warm up the bed before we got in, which was lovely, we were snugly warm in bed. Kitchenette was cute too & there were a few porridge satchels for brekkie. We didn’t get to try the vibrosauna, but we’d book Sandy & Clive’s place again if we go to the festival next year & maybe we’d get to try the vibrosaun then! Thanks again. Perfect winter escape!

Great apartment in the heart of Prahran! The high ceilings and two stories makes for a very spacious and exciting home to stay in. I had a great time shopping at Prahran Market just a few blocks away; highly recommend going here for your grocery shopping! Liang is was a great host and was super easy to communicate with and have wonderful recommendations. There is some street noise at night, but can be masked with the curtains on both levels closed.

Great location with secure parking. The free tram meant we didn't have to move the car once parked and could enjoy exploring the city easily. Lots of food options and great coffee within walking distance was a plus. The pool was a big hit with the kids and was a very pleasant space to relax. Rendy was available for any questions and was a premium host! The loft had plenty of space for everyone. Thanks Rendy, you provide a wonderful home away from home!

This place felt really homey. Absolutely loved the decor, the fairy lights on the bed was such a beautiful touch. Host was very helpful too. highly recommend :)

Sally thought of everything, from stylish touches to luxurious linen. The location was so close to everything and she had so much information at hand in the apartment for us to browse through, on top of being approachable for recommendations. If you want to be right amongst all the amazing shopping, restaurants and nightlife, this is the place.

Our stay with Antonius was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His house was immaculate and provided the perfect setting for a wonderful family getaway. When we discovered that the pillows in the room weren’t quite right for us, Antonius immediately went above and beyond—he actually went out and bought new pillows to make sure we slept well. This thoughtful gesture made the kids super happy (they still talk about those pillows!), and they adored the entire place. If you’re looking for a host who is attentive, sincere, and truly goes the extra mile, Antonius is the one. We would happily give more than five stars if we could!
