A great, cozy apartment, with everything you need to feel comfortable quickly. It is very cozy, you look into the countryside, the creek rustles. Our two teenagers loved it too. Fabrizio is a very warm and open host with tips and good information. From our point of view, almost an insider tip if you are looking for nature and still want to shop quickly by bus or stroll through Locarno.

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Very dear hosts, we felt very welcome and very comfortable from the first moment. Inside and outside, it is very comfortable and lovingly furnished, we lacked nothing. Great that it also has two bicycles. We enjoyed it very much, also the location, perfect for various excursions or just sitting in the garden under the pergola and relaxing. The little house is a five star property with clean and comfortable furniture, amazing garden and breath taking lake views. We had all the amenities we needed for the entire stay and kathi have been very helpful. If you book this property, prepare to have an amazing private space but prepare to walk down some stairs to reach the little house.

We had such a lovely week at Guiseppe's house. It was very comfortable, and the location was stunning. The views! We came without a car and were a little nervous about that, but it was all so easy. So many hikes just steps from the door. Easy to walk to Sonogno for good food and more beautiful hiking, and there is also a lovely restaurant just down the road in Frasco. Also, the buses are up and down the hill very regularly and it picks up just a block down from the house. Only thing to know is to get any groceries in Tenero or in Brione.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this one is definitely the best. Giordano is a very kind and responsive host, and he kindly allowed us to stay an extra night beyond our original plan. We simply wanted to enjoy one more day in this peaceful and private place, surrounded by beautiful mountains and a stunning river right next to the property. We will come again for sure!

Doris' accommodation is recommended in all respects. The studio is very well furnished and very clean. Surroundings is quiet. You can use the wonderful garden with a view of Lake Maggiore. Communication with Doris is possible at any time, we received clear and precise instructions on where the studio is and how to find the key to it. Thank you very much for the great stay in Minusio. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful rustico! The host was super friendly, helpful and always available – simply great! The accommodation is lovingly furnished and is surrounded by nature, perfect for those who seek peace and want to escape the hectic city life. For nature lovers, it is a true paradise - waking up in the morning to the sound of birdsong and enjoying the starry sky in the evening. The Rustico is also ideal for families.

Super great apartment and it has everything for babies / toddlers. The kitchen is also very well equipped and we could often use the garden with the seating area. The village is very central and we explored a lot by bike. Elena is very warm and we would book there again immediately.

Beautiful apartment above Locarno. Very good and fast to reach also by public transport. The communication and check-in was straightforward and fast. We were warmly welcomed with wine from Ticino and cold water in the refrigerator. The apartment was cozy and very well equipped as well as clean. Perfect size for 2 people. The view from the terrace was incredible! We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

Small, fine accommodation, with an open and communicative hostess, who was always easy to reach. In the evening, we enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful view from the garden to the lake, and were delighted by the fireflies. We are happy to recommend the accommodation. Thank you dear Ruth!!

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Giovanni was a fantastic host! He is extremely responsive, proactive and always willing to help. We had a number of questions about the area throughout our week long stay and was happy to assist however he could. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful with unbelievable views… even better in person! There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance (the Bar across the street was particularly great for breakfast!). We would recommend having a car while you are there as the ferry service is a bit frustrating to navigate (especially as a non-local). Parking is paid during the high season, but usually easy to find a spot (there is a small lot directly across the street). Couldn’t recommend this place enough, Giovanni is a great host.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

had a great one night stay so we could explore como after a stay in milan, it was a 20 ish minute walk to the lake and the apartment itself was tastefully decorated - we felt right at home immediately!

This was by far my favorite AirBnB I’ve stayed at! The only place (other than my house), that made me feel like I was at home. The apartment is very well equipped and the terrace is an absolute wonder on a nice sunny morning. Elena was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Book it, it’s great value and you won’t be disappointed.
