Holiday rentals with lake access in Brissago

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

Wir waren für 8 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick über den See und in die Berge ist wirklich wunderbar. Leider war das Wetter nicht so wie erhofft. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Carla war hervorragend. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Gegend im Norden des Comer Sees ist ruhiger als jene im Süden und die Orte in den Bergen sind es wert besucht zu werden. Sehr gut wird uns das Ristorante in Livo in Erinnerung bleiben, ebenso die ehrwürdige romanische Kirche Santa Maria del Tiglio in Gravedona.

Séjour calme et reposant. La communication était facile et efficace. Accessible en train, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare. Merci pour tout :)

Excellent séjour à Pallanza, l'appartement est charmant et calme, très bien situé, proche des rivages du lac et de l'embarcadère. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Our Family of 5 (with teen/young adult children) had a wonderful stay. Great space for the five of us - comfortable beds, very clean, plenty of space in bedrooms, great water pressure, and fabulous jasmine, lemon, and olive tree filled patio/garden with beautiful views. Helpful recommendations from host for a boat tour, hikes, grocery store, bakery, and dining options (best to make dinner reservations each night.) Villa is about 25 minutes walk above Cernobbio and 10 minutes below Rovenna where you can walk the Sentee to Sort trail to Moltraiso. Great spot for our active family. We enjoyed being above the hustle & bustle, and were able to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Blue Boat Apartment! Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Silvia und Gigi haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Wir werden die Aussicht und den Flair sehr vermissen. This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Carlo und Matteo empfangen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gepflegt und hell. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell am See. Für uns war es die ideale Kombination, und wir haben es sehr genossen, nicht touristisch zu wohnen. Carlo und Matteo haben uns tolle Tipps zur Gestaltung unseres Aufenthalts gegeben. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit!

Спасибо большое Maria Elisabetta за гостеприимство! Апартаменты были чудесными, со своим выходом к озеру Комо. Elisabetta встретила нас, помогла припарковать автомобиль, у нас был свободный доступ к парковке для нашей машины, что в тех местах очень важно! Нас ждал прекрасный прием: фрукты, вода, кофе, молоко, конфеты и печенье, что было очень удобно, особенно утром. На наши вопросы Elisabetta отвечала очень быстро, во всем помогала, также нам помогли с багажом. Нам предоставили полотенца для пляжа и обувь для камней. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистейшими, кровати удобными. С балкона открывается невероятный вид на озеро. Когда мы уезжали, Elisabetta проводила нас, помогла с багажом, угостила детей вкусным и полезным печеньем, которое мы могли взять в дорогу. Спасибо большое, Elisabetta, с удовольствием вернемся еще!

The apartment has stunning 180 degree unobstructed views over the lake. However , Daniele’s apartment does not just rely on the view, it was spotlessly clean and fantastically equipped with all we needed . We were greeted by Daniele and it’s clear he takes great pride in the apartment .As well as the balcony there was a lovely shaded patio area to the side. We took a walk along “the greenway’ which starts just below the apartment giving traffic free walking through the villages . We’d definitely return here, Thankyou.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was the location—just steps away from the ferry terminal, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and stress-free. Daniela, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and very responsive to any questions I had. She even allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help and really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Her hospitality made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa am Comer See! Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten atemberaubender Natur mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist – typisch für die Region – schmal, und die Einfahrt in die Garage recht steil. Mit unserem Opel Astra und VW Golf war das machbar, aber bei tiefergelegten Autos könnte es knapp werden. Kein echter Nachteil, eher eine regionale Eigenheit. Außerdem wurden – wie in Italien oft üblich – vor dem Check-in Ausweiskopien verlangt. Das ist gesetzlich so geregelt, steht aber nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch das werten wir nicht als negativ, sondern als landestypische Besonderheit. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger, von schöner Natur umgebener Lage. Man sollte allerdings sehr gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein, oder ein Auto besitzen. Und man sollte fit im Serpentinen Fahren sein. 😂 Alles in Allem ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiter empfehlen können.

Cinizia was the best Airbnb host I've ever had, hands down!!! Her place is so special, and she went out of her way to greet me when I arrived and explain everything to me thoroughly. She is the absolute sweetest, and she puts so much thought + care into her cabins. My stay there was truly special. Her garden is absolutely beautiful. 10/10, I can't say enough nice things about Cinizia! xx

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

Wir haben wunderschöne 4 Tage im Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist genial und der private Strand ist einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sauber und der Garten mit der wunderschönen Aussicht ist genial. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Hunden und für uns war es perfekt. Die Hunde können nicht vom privaten Strand ins Wasser (Wasser ist nur über 2 Leitern begehbar) aber 10m vom Haus entfernt können sie ganz einfach baden. Die Stelle ist toll um mit den Hunden zu baden. Die Wendeltreppe war für unsere (Mittelgrossen) Hunde auch nicht machbar aber sie haben problemlos oben im Wohnzimmer geschlafen und wir schliefen unten im Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und das Recyclin System vom Gastgeber perfekt vorbereitet. Alles war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und werden definitiv wieder zurückkommen.

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.

I cannot say enough kind words about how Sara made us feel right at home in this absolutely adorable apartment/home. The views are stunning and the grounds are beautiful. You could walk to town and the ferry. She recommended great restaurants and was unbelievably responsive. Highly recommend!!
