We had such a good time! Lots of space, kid friendly, well equipped kitchen, beautiful location by the water. Host communication was great. Hope to stay again sometime!

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Lovely location on the water. Some white traffic noise but worth it watching the boats and wildlife! Comfy bed. We slept very well. Well-stocked kitchen. The location is perfect for lots of little day trips. Our only disappointment was the size of the smallest room. It’s very tiny. Great for a child but pretty tight for our adult son. Host was attentive. We will be back!

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! What a wonderful experience! Rebecca was an absolutely outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. My family and I had such a peaceful stay. The home and location were incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house and property were absolutely beautiful, and we loved sipping our morning coffee on the amazing balconies with the breathtaking views. There is so much space, and every room in the house is well thought out, functional, and cozy. The pool is even better than we hoped, so big and clean and in immaculate condition. We spent most of our time swimming and relaxing by the pool. We also enjoyed playing pool and having so many rooms to gather in with the comfort of plenty of new comfy furniture. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind for a vacation away from all the noise and chaos of daily life. Every single area was as described in the listing and better. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

My return visit to the Boathouse was even lovelier than I hoped it would be. The location can't be matched by anything else I've seen. I enjoyed a September visit with my dog and was lucky to have pristine weather. I lived a very simple and healthy outdoors life and came home the better for it. The Boathouse is true to its description: it is simple and rustic and uncomplicated but well-equipped, and is perfect for one-and-dog, or for two people. A little coming-and-going from the neighboring houses meant that I didn't feel isolated. Margaret is truly an exceptional and friendly host who communicates promptly and clearly. I almost hesitate to share "my" Boathouse location with too many of my back-home friends because it feels so intimate and special. I already want to be back there. I offer my deep thanks to Margaret and to the place that I could - briefly - call home.

Adorable cottage, newly renovated. Perfect for two with an open space loft for one more. Kitchen is well stocked right down to the coffee. A good location if visiting Fort Knox, Mt. Barrie and not too far from Bar Harbor if that is on your list. Great stay, highly recommend. Beautiful view and private.

this house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway!! spacious and beautiful, still super close to all the activities in portland, but wonderfully peaceful! it was too cold to use the pool but it looks great and I would love to book this house again later in there summer to be able to use it! the beds were super comfortable and easy off street parking. thanks for a great stay!

The host gave us an upgrade to another tiny house in the same location that we gladly accepted. We were welcomed by fresh lilacs in the tiny home with cozy ambiance. The location is remote with a small farm stand (the honey from this stand is a must, we got the biggest jar and we have zero regrets). This is a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and hikes. I recommend this to anyone looking to escape the city.

Great house! Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and fantastic location. Very easy to communicate with the owners and check in/out was simple. My minor only critique is that we wish the grill were a bit bigger and nicer. We wanted to grill one day, but we were a little disappointed and unable to do so due to the grill quality. Would definitely stay again!

We want to stay here now every time we go to Maine! The setting is so beautiful and peaceful and our suite was bright and airy and rustic. Tim was such a kind host and it felt like a home away from home. Checked so many boxes for beauty and escape. Don’t hesitate to stay here!!

What a wonderful spot! Gorgeous, quiet pond and relaxing wood fired sauna. Rheanna is a super responsive and helpful host. We'll be back! Just FYI - this cabin is a "three season" structure. Although it was super comfortable, it felt a little more like camping than we originally expected with some cool nights and mornings, a few insect frinds, and a short walk to the shared bathrooms and kitchen area.

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed how peaceful the location was. Beautiful view from the kitchen & living room. Had all the needed amenities to feel at home. It’s your typical Maine Camp, cozy and rustic, but clean and comfortable. Loved that our dog was able to come along to enjoy the weekend with us. (I will note there are alot of ticks on the property so make sure you give your pup a check when they come inside. We pulled a few off each time he went out, they were teeny tiny! Not unusual for wooded areas in New England) The living room furniture wasn’t super comfortable so we ended up spending most of our time sitting at the dining table. We had a rainy, cool weekend so did more inside lounging than expected. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, mid-coast Maine trip.

This is an amazing property with a very cool house. Check-in was easy, Tyler is a very responsive host, and we were able to find everything we needed and wanted. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired sauna during sunrise, and the fire pit in the evenings.

Spent a relaxing long weekend at the cabin. Idyllic location right on the water with plenty to do outside. We enjoyed making fires, fishing, and exploring in the canoe. Inside, the cabin was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Camden is nearby for a nice dinner or a stroll and shopping downtown. Acadia is also close enough for a day trip. Checkin/checkout was very straightforward, and the host was helpful and quick to answer any questions. Hope to visit again!

Me and my pup had an amazing time at Lisa's place! She made sure we had everything we needed and had great recommendations for the area. The view of the water from the property was gorgeous, not to mention it was amazing to see an alpaca and sheep grazing throughout the day. I'd definitely stay again!

Adam's place exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the Airbnb site did not do justice to the house and its setting. The yard was private and sitting right on the bay was fantastic. The house was extremely comfortable and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location of the house was very convenient to a number of small towns, such as Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta and Wiscasset. Adam was a fantastic host - very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend this house, and hope to be back there again before long.

Centrally located in a laid back portion of Maine’s central coast there is plenty to enjoy in a short drive yet the neighborhood is private and peacefully silent at night. Marianne (host) is available for local knowledge and went beyond expectations to make my wife and I comfortable and welcome. Cozy cottage is perfect for a couple and a pup with everything we needed. We’ll be back.
