Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

The annex is a self contained bedroom ensuite with a contempory style. It has its own parking, private entrance and attractive courtyard garden with seating and firepit bbq. Inside, the accommodation has a well equipped kitchen station, microwave,toaster, kettle, mini fridge. Good local amenities, bakery servinghot deli, two pubs fish shop, Chinese, Indian and kebab takeaways. We are situated 3 miles from Holt and approximately 8 miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

Holly House

Holly House is our much loved, peaceful Victorian home. With a large garden for kids and dogs. Fabulous central location in North Norfolk with easy quick access to all of the beaches and seaside towns along the coast line, from Brancaster to Cromer. Our favourite for dog walks (& fish n chips) is Wells-next-the-Sea. Holt is less than 3 miles and it is an easy and direct commute to Norwich City Centre. A great place for fun filled holidays with friends and family.
