Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

Mit den sehr nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können Sie schnell beliebte Städte wie Bozen oder Brixen erreichen, einen Ausflug auf eine der nahegelegenen Almen wie die Villanderer oder Seiser Alm sowie auch nach Gröden oder Villnöss machen. Parkplatz für Auto und Motorrad auf dem Gründstück.

Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt, nicht weit vom Brixner Dom, dem Pharmaziemuseum und dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohnraum, ein grosses Bad mit Badewanne und ein zusätzliches Gäste WC.

Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Adige Valley, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
