Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. There is also a small utility area with WC and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed decked yard with seating and a BBQ.
