The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Walking distance to 2 pubs.

Fully escape with family/friends/dogs in this stunning home in a huge (2 acre) garden, with football area, hammocks, a fire pit, and river frontage leading directly onto Barton Broad (gated for the safety of children and dogs). The 1960's property is spacious and light, with a modern kitchen and a big living/dining space for socialising and relaxing. There is a large decked area with outdoor seating, dining, a barbecue, and a table tennis table; perfect for relaxing and watching the sun go down.

Boaters Hill House (sleeps 8) is set at the centre of a conservation farm in the Norfolk Broads National Park with fine views over the River Waveney. It has recently been renovated with new bathrooms and benefits from its own private hot tub. The bedrooms can either be configured as four doubles or four twin rooms. Well behaved dogs are welcome! Boaters Hill House can be booked in conjuction with our other Holiday property The Cart Lodge which can sleep 6 and is about 80 metres away.

Brambles Reach is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom rustic barn conversion located on the Stody Estate in North Norfolk. Tucked away off a leafy lane, down a drive way, the barn is in a tranquil setting. Attached to the main farm house, where we reside, the barn is surrounded by our beautiful if sometimes slightly overgrown gardens, allotments, and Shaun's amazing lawn. To one side, there is the ancient Stody church yard, with just the Saxon Tower remaining - so very quiet neighbours!
