Barn accommodation in Broadland

Chris and Melissa were perfect hosts. With a very friendly welcome it was nice to meet them as they were away on our last visit. Georgie their sweet dog was very happy to see us and our dog too. The barn is a real sanctuary and beautifully furnished with the best kitchen. Garden is shared with a private corner too. Our dog could wander where he liked as did Georgie. Thanks will return again.

it was amazing place to stay johanna and chris where very helpful. the barn was very clean and tidy and the area around the barn was nice and peaceful. we went to some amazing place e.g Sheringham, Hunstanton and wells next the sea. we would highly recommended this place if you are looking for a peaceful time away.

This is a lovely cottage, very well designed with the best use of space. Very clean and quiet, lovely location, short walk into the village and down to the beach, within easy reach of lots of places. Enclosed for the dogs, Absolutely nothing to fault a great week.

Helpful, friendly, flexible owners, close to the beach and walk routes. The rooms were decorated and maintained to a high standard, a wonderful long weekend spent there with my family!

We had a wonderful time staying at Green Farm Barns. Lucy is a very welcoming host and provided very helpful information before and during our stay. The accommodation is gorgeous and very private. All facilities are laid on for guests to have a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Certainly a venue that I would recommend.

Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Tom is a great host and the place is fantastic. Location is perfect for me - countryside feel and close to nature with easy access into the city. Right next to the Marriott's Way cycle path and great local pubs. Recommend.

A beautiful slice of the countryside. Very private as you have a separate entrance and area, but it was also lovely to meet Em and L who are very proactive with messaging and making sure we were happy and comfortable. There's a pub directly across the road, as well as a cafe, but the place has absolutely everything you could want on site, if you prefer staying there. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing stay at Figgy Barn. 100% recommend, as we hope to come back ourselves.

We had a lovely few days at Betsey Trotwood, the bed was so comfy we slept really well. The accommodation was perfect, and Bella our dog enjoyed the back courtyard. The information folder which Matt and Michaela had put together was very useful, it helped us to decide where to visit, plenty of very nice pubs which served high standard food close by.

This is a nice barn conversion with a lovely garden, which our dog enjoyed very much. The house is easily accessible by car yet peaceful and secluded once inside of the gate. As a keen home cook I loved the large, well-equipped island kitchen, too. Chris gave us clear instructions about the house, and his detailed local guide was very helpful. We loved meeting his super-friendly doggie, too!

We had a lovely stay and it was exactly what we wanted, in a fab location and very peaceful and private. The place was perfect for my husband and baby. It was very clean and had all the essentials. We only wished we could have stayed for longer!

We spent a lovely few days in Sebastian's comfortable cottage. It was perfect for our needs. The icing on the cake was being out in the courtyard garden looking over Sebastian's stunning garden. We enjoyed hearing the birdsong which included an owl each evening. Sebastian is such a wonderful host - extremely friendly but never intrusive. We look forward to returning to this excellent property.

The place was really clean upon arrival and the hot tub was lovely. She was really quick with responses to any questions asked. The area was really peaceful and the garden was private considering there was another place next door. Would 100% book with Eleanor again either at the same place or one of her others, no bad words to say about my stay there.

Our 3rd visit to this slice of paradise. So peaceful - with birdsong the only thing that you can hear and we absolutely love it. The MPC is one of our favourite AirBnBs - beautifully appointed, comfortable in the most gorgeous setting. We will book again for sure. Thank you Lizzy for all the thoughtful touches and the cookies were a real hit!

We had a lovely long weekend stay here! The place was beautiful and in super clean and tidy condition! The amenities in the property were amazing, being able to cook a roast for 6 people without any difficulty. Cannot fault the property itself in anyway. The pool was amazing, very clean and warm. We loved the fact we had an hour private session to swim. There was a slight miss-communication with check in access to the key however was quickly resolved and Lynne accommodated our late check out request which was great! Only improvement would be for the games room as we didn’t realise we would need money for the pool table so missed out here! Overall had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

We have returned from an idyllic stay at this breathtaking barn. Every nook and cranny is decorated with beautiful antiques, artwork and musical instruments and the setting is wonderfully private with the bonus of chickens and sheep on the doorstep. The property is very charming, with the advantage of a sauna to relax in. We used this both nights during our stay and played relaxing music through the bluetooth speaker which made it feel like a spa retreat! The quayside is just across the road and a small convenience store selling essentials literally a few steps away. We walked to two of the local pubs (5 min walk away) and had some nice food outside as we were blessed with the weather. We spent a day in Southwold and visited Beccles during our stay, both a short 20 min drive away. Andy and Katherine are both so friendly and accommodating and we’d love to stay again soon. Thank you!

The accommodation was beautifully furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Everything we could need for a comfortable stay was provided. Mark supplied a lovely welcome pack, which was much appreciated. The private garden was a delight. Mark was friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend the hay loft.

Fantastic location for exploring Norfolk! Was made to feel very welcome by Deborah and Mark and the cottage was a home away from home. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could need in it from the fluffy towels to a very comfy bed. The welcome treat of tea, milk and biscuits also went down a treat! Wonderful stay for my family, we took three of the cottages as my son’s wedding was close by. Lots to do for young adults: pool, tennis, gym and local routes to run. Worked well as an entertaining space with a big kitchen diner opening to lounge area and doors to a patio. Wyndonham and supermarkets a few miles so ideally placed. Debbie was always responsive to requests, a super host. Highly recommend a stay.

A cosy and very comfortable cottage for our three night stay. The open plan living/dining/bedroom area actually felt more spacious than it appeared from the photos. The wood fire was a lovely treat on a cold night. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever experienced. The sofa was also comfortable and spacious for two. Our hosts were friendly and very responsive. Not as criticism, but I offer some extra information for others. The cottage is close to the road, and this road is not a rarely used country lane. There is a noticeable amount of commuter traffic, especially early morning and late afternoon. There is a combined washing machine and dryer, but no laundry powder/liquid is provided (so BYO).

Charming rural setting, clean and modern inside. Comfortable and warm cottage, perfect for a winter break. Stephen was attentive and welcoming but left us to our own devices to enjoy the peace. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful cosy cottage. Nice enclosed gardens, which is great for dogs. Tranquil surroundings. Only 30 mins from the beach. Chris was very helpful. We would highly recommend.
