Monthly Rentals in Broadstairs

We had a wonderful weekend at Sandy Feet Cottage. The cottage is in a great location, only a few minutes away from all that Broadstairs has to offer. Great location for exploring further afield too, as there are some lovely walks including one to Margate. The cottage was very clean and had everything that you needed. The description was spot on. Sally was vey easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very relaxing. Walking distance to the Sea and the loop bus provided a great connection to other locations. The area was peaceful and a home from home.

We weren't able to stay as I had a family emergency on the day of the check-in, but Andrew was very kind, understanding and responsive the whole time with his messages. We really look forward to staying at his place next time.

Staying there for two weeks was an absolute pleasure. The place itself is cozy and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, a rooftop bedroom, and access to an inner garden. It’s located in a nice neighborhood near St. Peter’s, and within a 30–45 minute walk (or 10 minutes by bus), you can reach three nearby towns—Margate, Ramsgate, and Broadstairs, the closest one. It’s a 20–30 minute walk to the beach. Nearby: the closest off-license is just 2 minutes away, supermarkets are 15–20 minutes, and pubs start from around 10 minutes away. Thomas is a super friendly and helpful host—it was great to meet him in person. I’d be happy to stay there again and highly recommend it to others.
