Holiday rentals with a patio in Broadstairs

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb apartment! The view of the seafront was absolutely to die for—truly breathtaking and the highlight of my mornings. The host was fantastic, always just a call away and incredibly helpful at any time. The only slight downside was the request to remove shoes to preserve the carpet and the steps leading up to the apartment, but honestly, that was a small trade-off for such a charming stay. Overall, a beautiful stay that I would happily recommend to everyone!

what a delightful place to stay, simply stunning and homely. Ever detail and need catered for, in such peaceful surroundings. We loved the the courtyard with the beautiful plants and lighting and the bed was so comfortable with soft sheets. We love to cook so the kitchen was a dream all utensils were well thought out and well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and glassware. We walked on the beach every day, which is only 5 minutes away and made our way into Broadstairs and Margate, lots of amazing restaurants too. The perfect place - highly recommend !!

Everything a person could need has been considered. A fully equipped kichen, games of all kinds, umberella and dog towels, a dog bed and blanket, a wonderfully sized shower, a pleasant back yard, and all spotlessly clean. Located between the ornamental gardens and the beach, a few steps from the ice cream parlor, and the high street. Would definately recomend to any dog owner.

We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The sea view was a real highlight – perfect to wake up to each morning! Great location for exploring the area, and check-in was straightforward. A lovely place to stay – we’d happily return. Thank you!

Beautiful home that felt like luxury yet with the home comforts too. Such a modern place renovated to impeccable standards with lots of space and spotlessly clean. Short walk into Margate and a handy Tesco Express across the road. Great hosts, very responsive and clear communication - we took our young baby and they kindly sorted a cot for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

In the thick of the action this was a great place to stay for a fun weekend in Margate! Only a 15 min walk into Old Town too. Beautiful sea views from the balcony. We love Margate!

Stephen was there to hand us the keys and gave us a quick tour of the house. A lovely little house with everything needed for a break and three minutes walk from the town centre. We'd definitely stay again. Try the Crispin Inn pub if you stay - most superb!

Marianna's place was a real pleasure to stay in. It is in a brilliant location in the Old Town of Margate within walking distance of the beaches, lots of nice restaurants/cafes, and Margate's lovely little bookshop. It was spotlessly clean, and in fact better than in the photographs, in that the thoughtful design was much more attractive in real life than in the photos. The kitchen had all that you would need; the garden was nice, the sunroom warm and sunny and the beds extremely comfortable. The host was really friendly and responsive, including dealing with a query that I had about the shower. My daughters and I had a lovely few days and would recommend without hesitation.

We were 2 old schoolfriends having a birthday get together and Old School Mews was perfect for us. We were there for just 2 nights so we only made coffee at the cottage but ate at the lovely restaurants which are practically on the doorstep. Posillipo was recommended by Beverley and Phil and it is definitely a place to try! Gorgeous food and very attentive staff. A downstairs toilet in addition to the full bathroom upstairs is a real plus. Thank you so much, we would definitely recommend this to people looking for a break in lovely Broadstairs!

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

We had an amazing stay at The Nook. Cozy and clean, with amazing facilities for a group. The location is also amazing, within 10 mins walk of the beach and local high street, and on a quiet cul-de-sac. Will definitely be coming back :)

What a find. Wonderful helpful and friendly family. We didn't have any issues with anything relating to this location. Clean well equipped and spacious property. Quiet location within walking distance of the local pub. Park and ride to Canterbury within five miles and cost £4. for the two of us. Location was perfect for us. We would definitely choose to stay with Emily and Simon again when we are next in Kent.

I booked Sali’s place for my parents to spend a weekend away in Margate, they had a great time and this was their review: We stayed two nights in this delightful tucked away home. It’s prefect for a retreat from the hubbub, yet close enough to walk everything Margate offers. The home is scrupulously clean and stylish, with a great shower and very comfortable bed and linen’s. We will be back ❤️

Zack and Georgia were great hosts. We were offered an early check in and even helped us with parking for an extra car. Very responsive and friendly. The accommodation was gorgeous, very nicely decorated and the patio was a fabulous sun trap away from the bustle of the sea front. Location to Dreamlands was perfect for us too. Thank you.

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time at Nic’s place. Nic was super nice, always response and very clear in her instructions. Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. It is so tastefully done, paying attention to the smallest details. Be it the condiments at the kitchen, the books collection or the list of board and card games. While we loved reading in the garden when it was sunny, our absolute favourite part was being able to watch as rain trickled down the window and skylight whilst comfortably sat in the sofa. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back again.

We loved the flat especially being able to see the sea from the kitchen, lounge and the top lounge & roof terrace. Being right in the town means you're close to everything- Convenient for shops, restaurants, cafes & the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was So cosy! Everything we needed was to hand! The bed linen and towels all smelt so fresh and clean! We definitely will want to come back when we are next in the area! Thank you so much x

We had a fantastic stay at this air bnb. The location is perfect and the space is brilliant. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. Paul is a great host who communicated really well and was very helpful. We went with our dog, our son (who is under two) and father in law. Everything was spot on. Will definitely be back. A fantastic property to explore broadsides from.

John was a great host and responded quickly to the one question we had. His instructions were clear and helpful so finding the place and getting in was made easy. The flat was very clean and uncluttered. It was quiet but close to the shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. The patio garden was a big plus. Nice comfortable bed and good shower. Loved the flat and would like to return soon.

Such the perfect getaway Charlotte and Joseph have created! The Airbnb is immaculate, everything we needed was there, from cooking to taking our trips to the beach with the sand mats and beach towels. We've stayed at other Airbnb's and this by far is the best! It truly was like a luxury home experience, the beds were so comfy, everywhere was so so clean! Absolutely loved the location, having the playground and beach just across the road was perfect, the children absolutely loved it, they were so excited. I can't leave out how beautiful the bathroom is, I felt like I was back in the womb with the bathtub. It wasn't just a getaway, it was healing for me. The children and I are looking forward to coming back. Much Love xx
