We had a lovely stay at Coleen's place, it was super homely and a lovely retreat near the beach. She was quick and proactive to communicate with us and offered us a late checkout unprompted. Parking isn't the easiest as there's no on site parking but there's nearby street parking.

Really cosy but well-equipped space, amazing location for access to Port Lympne Safari Park and the surrounding areas. Very thoughtful touches of produce and home made bread on arrival! Could not recommend higher, lovely place to stay

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar ruhig und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Ailsa und Bryce sind hervorragende und sehr sympathische Gastgeber und geben gute Tipps und Ratschläge für Unternehmungen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Besuch im Pub „The Great House“ in Hawkhurst. Lebensmittel findet man ebenfalls in Hawkhurst. Die Unterkunft war in einem perfekten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Alles ist so, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben.

Rebecca and Kevin’s place is cosy, beautifully decorated and conveniently located - near the station and walkable to the beach. Rebecca was very responsive and welcoming, making sure I have a comfortable stay. Will like to stay here again next time I’m visiting.

Helen and Tom were great hosts, friendly and helpful. We had 5 perfect nights in their place.Breakfast was provided, facilities were great, bed was very comfortable, very quiet at night. Lovely birdsong in the morning Perfect place for ease of visiting lots of National Trust properties, steam railway, beautiful Rye and other villages. Close to Tenterden for shops and restaurants. This was perfect for our few days working in Margate. Pre-arrival communication was good which was important as we were arriving late. Good size drive for our van plus well stocked with essentials and more! Would use again and recommend.

I stayed two nights at Paula’s place while visiting an old friend in Sandwich. Great communication with Paula outlining checking in details and the facilities of the place. Great location in the town close to all the attractions, stores and short walk away to the train station. The room although small is fine for singles or a couple is clean, quiet and a very comfy bed. A updated ensuite style bathroom with shower and a compact kitchen area. Really enjoyed my stay and hopefully return on future visits.

The Cow Shed was perfect! Spotlessly clean, private and beautiful location, immaculate attention to detail, helpful welcome pack, spare toiletries and beautiful breakfast selection. I will 100% be back and would highly recommend. Alice was so welcoming and friendly and Baxter the dog is the cutest, goodest boy! Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Clean & cozy place, easy to find, clear instructions and easy check in. Exactly what we were looking for to explore the area and Canterbury. We often use Airbnb places to which we uphold high standards. This place held up quit nicely! Thanks for the croissants. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Alvaro’s place, it is beautifully decorated with a japanese inspiration which felt very cozy and zen - the perfect place to relax! Alvaro and his partner were great hosts, sharing tips of the neighbourhood. Our dog Heidi loved the space too and enjoyed the lovely garden! We can’t recommend this little gem enough!

Fran was a super host, she's been super accommodating and this is now my 3rd time returning. The space is well decorated yet minimal giving it a really calm but homely feeling. It also has a small garden area that you can open the doors onto which is a nice touch when the weather is good. Would highly recommend staying here.

Quex Park was a wonderful location and the collection of nearby rooms were exactly what we were looking for in our wedding accommodation. Check in was really easy, Ian was easy to communicate with and responsive. We had a lovely breakfast in the Farm Shop as well.

My experience staying at Claire’s Airbnb lovely location, beautifully clean and modern inside, nice and private nothing seemed too much trouble. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend I would be using this Airbnb again.

Thank you Angie! A lovely couple days away at Botany Bay. Angie called to see if all was well. Place has everything we needed. A few steps from the beautiful beach. Lots of walks were had. We have also stayed at Angie’s New Forest caravan. So great to have a trusted person with place’s available all over. We’ll definitely be back as this will also be a great place to bring the teen with the boogie boards in the summer.

Kate is a lovely host, warm, welcoming and always responded to messages. The property is gorgeous, really comfortable, & very clean. I would definitely book again as Eastry is a beautiful place and Kate is a wonderful host

Right from the start, Vicky was very kind. While walking to the Airbnb from the train station she offered to come pick us up. The place was cute, clean, and just right for two people. It's very close to the ocean and in a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have asked for more from Philippa's Annex. It is a role model example of AirBnB hosting and accommodation going above and beyond! Philippa's communication was friendly, professional and effective, the annex is attentively equipped with everything you could possibly need. The patio was a great bonus to have for our trip in May/June. Perfect place to unwind on a summer evening. Honestly can not fault our stay at all! Will without doubt be back if we find ourselves in the area in the future.

Without wanting to sound like a broken record, this place is small but perfectly formed. I will definitely be back when visiting friends and family again. Garden was a necessity for my dog but really pleasant to sit out in the morning with my coffee. Lots of great space saving ideas, plus very comfortable bed, good quality bedding and towels. Lovely peaceful few days.

Steven and Tina were very welcoming and greeted us with big warm smiles it made us feel very welcome the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Had a lovely stay over the weekend and would definitely book again and recommend anyone else to do so as you will not regret it.

Great place to stay with a friendly, responsive host. If you've never stayed in Canterbury before, the building is only a 10 minute walk from Canterbury West train station, plenty of pubs and restaurants, and there is a Sainsburys just a 5 minute walk away for all your grocery/personal needs. The room itself has everything you would need and it was a pleasant month-long stay. 10/10

This place is amazing, we celebrated a birthday here and the place gives pure girly party vibes! The hosts were so kind and friendly and I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back! Clear instructions on how to get in were given, decorated beautifully and lovely and clean.
