Townhouse holiday rentals in Broadstairs

We had a very enjoyable too short 3 generation holiday here and loved it. Well equipped and very practical & comfortable (the hose outside to wash sand off!) but mostly this is a child's dream holiday place - toys, books, scooters, bunk beds, table football, sandy safe beach at the end of the garden... they spent every available moment digging and splashing about and the five year old cried when we had to go! Plenty of room throughout especially the massive sea- view lounge on the middle floor. Welcoming and helpful host family. Thank you!

Lovely large house, spotless and 1 minute walk from the seafront. Absolutely perfect and would definately recommend.

Some friends and I stayed for a lovely weekend. The house is great and in a brilliant location! The downstairs kitchen/diner was a perfect space to eat abc hang out. We are already planning our return next year!

we had a lovely stay here. perfect for two families and everything walkable. beautiful interiors and really comfortable. hosts were very friendly and thoughtful. will definitely try and stay here again when visiting Whitstable

Laura’s place was easy to book and easy to find . It’s very well equipped and spacious. It’s spotlessly clean . Laura’s instructions were clear and promptly sent . The house is literally minutes from the beach and has private off street free parking . About a mile walk into the centre of Whitstable which is a good distance to work up an appetite or burn off a few carbs. Walk along the seafront and take in the big skies, golden shingle , fascinating tides and the glorious spit reaching right into the sea . A few minutes from the house is a small Tesco and a few good restaurants . We thought Laura’s place was a great find !

We had a lovely stay at Ursula’s place. Perfect for our young family of 4. Ursula provided all amenities we could need. The space is cosy, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend

We needed a place for 12 adults on a last-minute basis. The host only had a day's notice of our booking, but somehow managed to make the necessary arrangements for our stay . This house is palatial. It's huge! It has 5 spacious bedrooms, all of which have comfortable beds and lots of features to make your stay a great one. The kitchen is well equipped and we manage to do a lot of cooking. The only thing missing was a wooden spoon. There were also lots of spices and condiments that we were able to use for our cooking. There are 2.5 WC's here and the main bathroom is the most beautiful bathroom I've personally ever used. This is a great stay for a large group and I would definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

Firstly Jonathan had very good communication and keen to help if needed. The house is very well positioned to be in walking distance of Canterbury center. The private secure parking was perfect. The house is very nice, well appointed and clean all the basics are covered. A few little niggles would be the floors on all levels squeak quite badly when walking, the taps in the bathrooms could do with replacing as the hard water in the area has taken its toal on them a bit. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend and if we come back would be looking to stay there again.

Really wonderful place to stay. Just a couple of very minor gripes. The hot water in the shower did not stay hot it alternated between hot and relatively cold, made showering an experience. The remainder of the place was great, decent garden to sit out in the sun with a coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the rooms easy to air with the new windows. All in all a great stay. So easy to walk into the main shopping part of town or the older Cathedral district.

We all had a very comfortable stay .The beds are great and all the furnishings are really tasteful and good quality. Great bathrooms and kitchen.Everywhere was incredibly clean . The stairs could be an issue if you have a mobility problem and probably wouldn't be suitable for young children. Location is perfect and there is a high number of eateries very close by. Recommend you visit "The Kitchen " a few minutes away for good cafe food and a lovely host called Keith . Would definitely stay here again!

Really gorgeous house. Lovely decor! Hand painted walls… Only feedback I’d have is that heating doesnt need to automatically come on in the summer. Felt wasteful having windows open and heating on. Would also love a welcome tray of tea, coffee, biscuits etc. but that’s really for the 5* all round. Overall, would 100% come back and recommend to others. Lovely little place.

Very convenient for centre of Canterbury and very well maintained small house. Everything in it that you would need.

Cannot believe we have found such a gem. Anne is a lovely host very responsive. Brought fans as weather very hot. Tasty welcome pack. Bedding white and comfortable and clean Property minutes away from amenities We learnt to keep pass in car as school closes road for child safety at certain times and wouldn’t allow us through. Can’t wait to go back

Location in Canterbury was terrific. Property was recently renovated, clean, had good amenities. As the pictures showed, the bedrooms and bath are upstairs, which is up a spiral staircase. But, we managed that quite well. i would highly recommend this property.

Lovely short stay at Julian’s he had everything you would need for your time away. 2 lovely bathrooms an advantage, clean and tidy decor. Easy walk to shops cafes bars and restaurants. Couple of streets away from the main high street and a short walk from there to a pebble beach, sea food shacks and fisherman’s huts.

Nice, comfortable well presented house in a very pleasant location, which was ideal for me as a lone traveller. Under 10 minute walk to the city centre and only 2 minutes from Canterbury East railway station, which is very handy. Also, the White Hart Inn is a few yards away, which is a pleasant pub! Rob is a super host; very proactive and helpful.

We had an incredible time at this house for my 30th birthday, and the hosts were amazing in being in ok a surprise with my friends to give them early check in etc. A beautiful house in a great location and perfect for what we needed.

I stayed with a group of friends for a weekend - this was perfect for us, right next to the station and just a short walk away from everything Broadstairs has to offer. There's loads of communal space in the house which was great for staying inside when it was cooler, and then we enjoyed the barbecue in the garden when the sun came out! Karim was really helpful and able to accommodate a last minute request from us. Would definitely come back!

Lovely place with bags of character. Ideally located right on the beachfront only a short walk from the many nice bars & restaurants in the area. Mary-Jo was responsive and super helpful before & throughout our stay. Would gladly recommend.

Had a brilliant 2 day stay at this lovely house. The house was walkable to everything in Deal yet in a really quiet spot, it was perfect. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped and just felt like 'home'. You can tell that someone has lived here, it has a lot of character. Particularly loved all the toys and games which kept my kids endlessly amused. Recommend bringing a Firestick or Chromestick if you want to watch on demand TV as the TV isn't the newest. But, with so many games and books in the house maybe you don't need the TV? Thanks to Bev and Soph for a lovely stay.
