Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN You have your own private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Absolutely loved our stay at The Little Siren Studio! The space was even better than the photos online — so cosy and inviting. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, plus thoughtful extras like makeup wipes, extra blankets, 2-minute noodles, and basic breakfast items that made it feel even more like home. The location was ideal—just a short walk to a peaceful beach and a quick drive to the Busselton Jetty. The accommodation is connected to the main house, which we weren’t initially aware of, so we made an effort to be quiet during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
