"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

Apartment No. 2 with terrace near the Schlei

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment is the place to be. It has enough space for two adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace. Pets are also allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Dreamlike idyllic location, between forest, meadows and sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment completed at the beginning of 2025 with special architecture and minimalist design. Here you will find not only enough space for rest and relaxation, but also a beautiful view of the inner courtyard or the park-like garden by the mill pond. The apartments are designed in a modern Scandinavian style – many elements are custom-made. Tables, chairs and deck chairs are available in the garden and on the terrace by the Mühlensee.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in.
