A beautiful farmhouse on the eight castles route is located near the Pieterpad and the two Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. Great for cyclists, hikers, nature lovers and families. This farm is on the edge of the largest nature reserve of the Geldersche Achterhoek "the Grote Veld" and next to the Wildenborchse forest, on the border of Lochem and Vorden. The farmhouse has a spacious kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a large private garden overlooking the meadows and the forest.

Het Quilthuisje, a unique home in the countryside

In the outdoor area, between Zutphen and Vorden lies on a sandy path, surrounded by the estates of Hackfort and the Waliën, the Quilthuisje. The cottage owes its name to the former resident, who has been doing her quilting almost daily at the large table for the last 20 years. In addition to quilting, she and her husband traded in antique dolls, silk, lace, glassware and toys. Of course he was a puppet doctor, too. The place is still fully furnished in this style.
