Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

Private annex close to beach and city

Simple and practical accommodation at a reasonable price. Annex attached to the house, but with its own entrance. A 10-minute walk to the beach and the nearest S-train station, and a 22-minute train ride to Copenhagen. One room features a sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded) and a TV, and the other room has a kitchenette, a dining table, and a small sofa bed (160 cm wide when unfolded). Small toilet/bathroom with a hand shower connected to the sink and a floor drain. See photo.

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
