Holiday rentals with beach access in The Bronx

This place is so close to local restaurants and the train station. Great location. The unit was well furnished, and comfortable. All in all, a nice place. I'd stay here again.

From the moment we booked the Airbnb & arrived, to the moment we checked out and landed back at home, our hosts were excellent to us. Our hosts picked me and my mother up from Newark Airport and dropped us back off. Upon arrival of the Airbnb, we were given a tour of their beautiful home. The hosts gave us tips to get around the city, an endless list of things to do and showed us where the 6 train station was, which was only a couple minute walk. My mother and I went for the Puerto Rican Day Parade 🇵🇷 and for the festival, and our hosts gave us tips when/how to get there and other activities to do that were related. We absolutely loved our stay. They made us feel right at home and like family. They brought us sourdough bread, eggs, and oat milk the day of arrival; such a sweet couple! Very kind and accommodating to what we needed to allow us to enjoy a nearby family wedding! The area has many nearby shops with anything you may need for your stay. Bonus - their garden is beautiful so you can enjoy looking at the lovely flowers while you are there!

When I saw the listing, I messaged the host to find out if the place was actually in walking distance to the nearby golf club. He replied immediately, confirmed my suspicion, and invited me to book. Everything about my stay, above and beyond its perfect location, was as good or better than expected. It was a lovely peaceful place to sleep, to relax, and to get myself dressed and ready to attend a nearby wedding. If I ever again have the need to stay in the area, I would hope to stay here.

Kevin was a super host, the description was on point with the pictures, it was so clean, spacious & the beds were very comfortable. My family felt right at home. This is a must stay next visit to NY.

My son ,Danny was working fairly close to Stephanie's place and loved staying there. He had privacy and convenience. The apartment was exactly as shown. Stephanie was always helpful,respectful,polite and responsive. We recommend Stephanie's place and Stephanie personally. We highly recommend you stay with her if you get the opportunity.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Rachel’s place. Is in a delightful village within walking distance of every amenity we needed, shops, restaurants, services and most importantly the delightful venue where our relatives were holding their wedding. The weather cooperated and we were able to sit out on the back porch and catch up with family members who flew in from around the country to share the house with us.

Great home and great location. Neighborhood is safe and walkable. The house was as described and very clean. This was our second time staying here.

I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Sherri was super accommodating of our family and very responsive.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
