Very comfortable, lovely furniture, great beds, adjustable temperature for each area. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The stairs are are narrow, maybe tricky for some guests with mobility issues. The outdoor spaces are fantastic and private. Safe area with lots to do. Highly recommend for family or small groups!

This is a rare 3-bedroom in NYC that was very family friendly for us - had a baby gate on the stairs, portable high chairs, and a few toys and baby plates. Its location is also right by a park with a playground which was great for the kiddos to have a nearby place to get around. Solid wifi and TV as well. From the back 2 bedrooms we didn't have any issues with noise but there is apartment above the front bedroom which did hear some noise on weekend nights. Sarah the host was extremely communicative and helpful when we wanted the back patio tidied up and some additional supplies.

Had a very enjoyable time during my stay. Hosts were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Gave lots of great recommendations for dinner spots and shopping. The house was very comfortable, clean, and cute. Will definitely be booking again!

Great stay in Bed Stuy! 15-20 min walk to nearby stations, host is very responsive and very spacious for our group of 4! Wish we could’ve made more use of the outside area especially in the summer - it’s gorgeous!

Litza's place was a home away from home - very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed (and more!). We appreciated the thoughtful touches in the apartment, including the comprehensive guide to the neighborhood and all the things needed when traveling with a toddler. The street is very peaceful (especially for NYC) but just a few blocks away from many great bars and restaurants. It was also close to public transportation so it was convenient to travel to other parts of Queens and into Manhattan. We felt very safe in the area. While the stay felt private, we were also warmly welcomed by Litza and her family. Would love to stay again!

Leigh's place is great! Very comfortable, I enjoyed every sound sleep at Leigh's place. 5 min walk to Path station and easy to NYC. I hope I could stay with Leigh's place if I will pay visit back! Highly suggested.

Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

Elizabeth was a fabulous host! She was responsive to messages and was right there at check-in to greet me and give me the keys. The apartment had plenty of space - 1 queen and 1 twin, and was spotless! I was a 10 min walk to the family I came into town to see, which was perfect for me. She has a cute covered patio in the front of the house, which was an added bonus! I will definitely stay at Elizabeth’s place again when I come back to visit family.

Both hosts were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The house has a warm, welcoming scent and truly feels like home—if home were a beautiful historic property from the 1800s. It has an authentic New York City area vibe, even though it’s located in New Jersey. The green room was very comfortable and quiet. Light sleepers should know there’s a school across the street, so mornings can be a bit lively, but I personally sleep with noise-canceling headphones and didn’t mind. It wasn’t disruptive at all—just something to be aware of. The shared bathroom situation was totally fine. I never ran into any of the other guests during my stay, and the bathroom itself was clean and comfortable. One of my favorite parts was how easy it was to get to the PATH station—just a short walk and you’re less than 20 minutes from the World Trade Center and the rest of the NYC subway network. The trains run late, so you can enjoy nights out in Manhattan and then come back to a peaceful neighborhood.

Sami’s AirBnB was just what we were looking for during our stay in Manhattan! All of the instructions were really clear, and the place was in good condition, with proximity to many NY hotspots, restaurants, and public transportation. There were a couple things that we did not reach out to Sami about because they did not affect our stay, but a couple items were not working well (upstairs hallway toilet valve needed to be pushed on several times so toilet could flush), and the outdoor area was not refreshed/clean, but we understand we are just entering summer. Overall it was a wonderful stay in a great location and Sami was very responsive. We all talked about how we’ve never had a place this big to enjoy in NY before so that was especially a treat after long days of exploring and walking. Thank you Sami!

We loved Ting’s townhouse. It was worth every penny. Kids loved the toys. Hunting for a parking spot on the street was a bit difficult the first two nights of our stay, but we managed to find a spot close by later on. I’m glad the Newport shopping mall public parking is an easy 10-15min walk away.

Joanna’s place was so cozy and welcoming! This Airbnb was pretty easy to locate especially with the clear instructions we were given. The area is overall pretty quiet and there are plenty of deli’s within walking distance. Parking was not bad at all and the J train was just down the street! If we ran out of any supplies our host was super quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend!

We chose Luz's Airbnb because of the proximity to Manhattan and relatively reasonable cost for long time stay. Our concern before coming to US, especially transportation from West New York to Manhattan, has faded away as we became accustomed to using New Jersey Transit buses. It is so easy and takes about 20 minutes to Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan even with some traffic jam. We really appreciate Alejandra's help when we need some.

Easy to find, easy to check in, responsive hosts

Our stay in Greg's and Angie's home was marvelous. The place was well located, nearly 15 minutes away from Manhattan. The bus stop is 20 metres away from the house and the buses run very frequently, not having to wait .The views from the place are gorgeous and point directly to Manhattan.The neighbourhood is really safe and we felt comfortable at all Moments. The hosts answered our doubts very kindly , with great predisposition, demonstrating how good people they are. On the day of our departure, our airline changed the scheduled time for our flight, and they had no inconvenient in allowing us to stay until any time. Undoubtedly, if we ever come back to New York, we'll stay at the same location. I truly recommend this accommodation. We are deeply grateful. Best regards.

The place was great. Enough space for the 10 of us. Location was great. Short walk to the PATH station, restaurants, and stores. Be mindful if you have small kids, this location may not be ideal because 2 of the beds are in the lower level while the other two rooms are on the 3 floor. Our kids were older so this wasn’t a problem for us. The house was clean and communication was great.

Akuvi's home was very clean, well- stocked and a great size for our group of 5 while we were in town for my sons college graduation. A great value alternative to limited hotels in the area. Super convenient location to both campus in Bronxville and NYC. thanks for your hospitality, Akuvi!

We had a week fantastic stay in Urban Serenity - a beautiful brownstone in Harlem! The space was full of character and charm with lovely architectural details that gave it an authentic New York feel. House was clean with comfortable beds, lovely linen & had everything we needed for our NYC experience. Highly recommend & will definitely return if travelling again with 3 couples.

We absolutely loved staying at Christinas place over Christmas. The house is as gorgeous as it looks and we felt right at home. The train station and ferry are in walking distance and great restaurants are just around the corner.

This space was the perfect fit for my family and I while in NY for my graduation. Very very close to LaGuardia airport and to Louis armstrong stadium. About 30 min to times square and williamsberg via subway/train. The home is less than 10 min from the 7 subway line. Be home with spacious and comfortably fit our family adults with plenty of room to spare. Host was very kind and responsive and allowed us to drop off our bags early!

This was a great place to stay with a family. Everything we needed at the Airbnb, close to restaurants and convenience stores. Best part was how close it is to the subway. You can be in manhattan in no time.

I'd love to stay here again anytime, perfect place for 4 people for a New York visit! There was only one negative aspect, which was mentioned in previous reviews, but it was really noticeable that the residents on the upper level were very loud even in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, all the noise sounded like it was happening right next to us. This was quite disturbing. Despite this, the accommodation itself was great and we thank Amalia!

A beautiful apartment/house in a beautiful, quiet location in Hoboken. The bus stop for the bus to New York is only a 5-minute walk. The contact with Sonal was smooth and very nice.
