Coats Country Cabin

Our little cabin in the middle of the Kansas City Metro area is the perfect escape from the city, while in the city! It sits on a 20 acre pasture, just outside of Lee's Summit, MO. Our location is: 1 mile from the Rock Island Trail, a Rails to Trail that extends north 8 miles to Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums (bring your bikes!), and extends 5.5 miles South. A 20 min drive to the Stadiums, a 4 minute drive to Lee's Summits' new Paragon Soccer Sports Complex and 7 minutes to Longview Lake.

Located in a quaint little neighborhood tucked away just 3 minutes from the stadiums and only 15 minutes from downtown, this will be your perfect getaway spot. Or, equipped with blazing 1GB fiber internet, it's a great spot for longer term stays for students and remote work travelers. The area is quiet with easy access to highways wherever you're headed. This private, studio-style apartment has a full kitchen, full bath and full laundry with everything you'll need to make your stay enjoyable.

The main entrance is accessed through an electronic gate, this provides secure parking, well-lit, private entrance with 24 hr. monitoring cameras front and back, with audio. No cameras inside. Fast wi-fi small kitchenette with all the condiments included. only two blocks from the bus terminal, and 1/4 mile from us 71 HWY./49 my place is very spacious and quiet, also a deck outback if you care to relax and get fresh air. NOTE... The host lives upstairs, I only communicate through call or text.

Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night. Must have your own cable to plug in.

We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*
