The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

There are 2 bedrooms (one has a large double bed, the other has 2 single beds) and a large balcony. Shower room with toilet on the first floor plus 2nd upstairs toilet.
