Home away from home. I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months when I first arrived in the UK together with my fiancee and our 10 month old daughter. Susie ensured we'd feel right at home from the beginning with all basic necessities provided. The fridge had some fresh food and juice in it, a thoughtful touch that just shows how much the host looks after her guests. The property itself is nestled in the beautiful countryside, offering peace and tranquility, yet it's just a 10-minute car or train ride to the malls and shopping centres in Basingstoke Susie is attentive without being intrusive, always making sure your stay is comfortable while keeping any disturbances to a minimum. The only minor downside is that the dining room doesn’t get much natural sunlight—but that’s a small detail in what was otherwise a truly wonderful stay. Spacious, immaculate tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed, including a coffee machine. Located in an area of beautiful countryside, perfectly positioned 15 minutes from Jane Austen’s house at Chawton and the Grange at Northington. Excellent communication: emailed info prior to arrival, and the friendly host was on- site to meet and assist on arrival and departure.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place looks exactly like the photos: beautifully styled, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. Everything felt well cared for, with lovely attention to detail that made it feel like a boutique getaway. The thoughtful extras, like tea, coffee, milk, cooking oil, and more, were so appreciated and made settling in effortless. I felt instantly relaxed, like I was truly on holiday from the moment I arrived. For fellow comfort-lovers: the bed was incredibly cosy, and the shower had great pressure, both important details for a perfect stay! Joanne was a fantastic host. Communication was clear and friendly, she met me on arrival, and gave great tips about the village. The welcome information sheet was super helpful too. I was genuinely sad to leave.
