Or take the opportunity to stay indoors in the heated/air conditioned garage and start your own pool tournament. *This sits on our active cattle ranch, the driveway is shared by us.

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the authentic rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level unit with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and bathroom. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. There is No Kitchen. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally. It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.

Welcome to a backyard getaway that will drop your mouth in awe. Kinda like "GLAMPING" but better!Has heat and Air .Unique, corky but a great place to relax and put your feet up in the hammocks inside. Must be able to climb a 6 foot ladder to get to loft to sleep. Can come to the main house to go to the bathroom or use the best compost toilet ever attached to your getaways space. Kitchen area if needed in wine area to use. Firepit and grill to use for cooking also. A place like no other!

24 North Second Story Suite Downtown Loft

Experience the exclusivity of having the entire recently renovated upper level to yourself. The nightly pricing is set for two occupants with an additional $20 fee per person after that. The Blueberry Bungalow

Whether you're planning a trip to New Ulm to visit family, partake in one of our cities many festivals or looking for a quiet retreat, we'd love to have you be our guests in this newly renovated cape cod home! The home can sleep 8 adults very comfortably, but the nightly pricing is set for two occupants and additional guests are $30 per person. This allows you the option of staying in a fully furnished home at a reasonable rate whether your group is large or small.

The Warehaus - Room for 16 people!

Welcome to The NUWarehaus! 3,000 sq. ft apartment on the second floor of our Warehaus. A 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom guest retreat. Large kitchen with a stainless steel island and seating for up to 16. The kitchen is a great gathering space with plenty of room for everyone! Family room with 55 inch Roku-ready TV. Four bedrooms with king size beds & 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds each. Perfect space for your family to stay and enjoy all that New Ulm has to offer!

The Sarah Jean Suite

Unique historic building in downtown Sleepy Eye. Great for families and groups! Room for up to 10 people. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen with and dining area, living room with great views. Entertaining atmosphere with many amenities! Includes: Lucky Larry Lounge - hang out/gaming. Optional Add-on Alphonse Room - 20x22 event space $300/day OR $150 (one time payment) for use during your stay at the Sarah Jean Suite *Lucky Larry Lounge included

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown New Ulm, Hermann the German Park, New Ulm Rec center, and the oldest bar in MN Turner Hall. Arhaus is equipped with all the modern amenities to include: Wi-Fi, Tv, modern kitchen, cookware and utensils, washer and dryer.
