The Historic Vacation Haus: Built in 1896

Built in 1896 with original wood floors. Space for around 10+ people. Beautifully updated farmhouse kitchen. 2 bedrooms: one with a queen bed & futon, another room has two double beds. The living room has a pull out queen mattress & there are two air mattresses. Great location blocks from downtown restaurants and bars, and close to the Brown County Fairgrounds! The dining room seats 6 comfortably & the kitchen features an eat in-kitchen bench & counter height island, providing seating for 8.

Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the authentic rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level unit with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and bathroom. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. There is No Kitchen. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally. It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.

Enjoy this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom home designed to provide a cozy, convenient, and homey experience for travel workers. Relax and watch your fav movie or TV show on the Roku-enabled TV with soundbar. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, essential spices, a Keurig, microwave, and air-fryer. The bedrooms each have their own bed with pillow-top mattresses, box fans, alarm clocks, and room-darkening window treatments. Or just kick back on the small deck.

Whether you're planning a trip to New Ulm to visit family, partake in one of our cities many festivals or looking for a quiet retreat, we'd love to have you be our guests in this newly renovated cape cod home! The home can sleep 8 adults very comfortably, but the nightly pricing is set for two occupants and additional guests are $30 per person. This allows you the option of staying in a fully furnished home at a reasonable rate whether your group is large or small.

The Warehaus - Room for 16 people!

Welcome to The NUWarehaus! 3,000 sq. ft apartment on the second floor of our Warehaus. A 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom guest retreat. Large kitchen with a stainless steel island and seating for up to 16. The kitchen is a great gathering space with plenty of room for everyone! Family room with 55 inch Roku-ready TV. Four bedrooms with king size beds & 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds each. Perfect space for your family to stay and enjoy all that New Ulm has to offer!

A handcrafted beer can also be tasted at August Schell Brewery which is the oldest brewery in Minnesota.
