Simply perfect! João is a great host and the care for guests is clear everywhere in the apartment! Watching movies on the living room TV is a spectacle in itself. Easy access to the apartment and the region has several restaurants, a market and a pharmacy, well centralized and relatively close to Praça da Liberdade (10min walk). I highly recommend it

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, tasteful decoration, excellent location and safe. The shower is excellent, the bed and bath linens are good. The only point that needs to be improved is the mattress, as the springs are making noise. The owner recommended great restaurants and left all the directions about the property in a clear and accessible way.

Great apartment! Masterfully decorated and awesome vibe. Very walkable area. Would absolutely recommend this place and would certainly stay here again. The host does have a lot of "rules" you have to read through-- but it's all reasonable and common sense stuff. Also they do not provide soap or shampoo.

The place is very large and has several large spaces. The gourmet area is very complete and the pool is warm. Check-in was super easy to do. We just thought it was strange because we had booked the place and paid the amount that was on Airbnb in advance, then the next day the host canceled the stay and contacted us saying that he was having a readjustment in the amounts and we would have to pay more.

The house is beautiful, as the photos show, with plenty of leisure area and a large space that accommodated our group of 16 people well. The house was very clean when we arrived, impeccable bathrooms and kitchen, and there were linens and towels for use. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and cooking utensils for a large group of people. The host is very helpful, proactive and kind, and quickly answered all our questions. The house is even more beautiful in person. Super spacious and cozy, accommodated 12 people, 6 adults and 6 children with great comfort. Sirlene and Rose who spent their days with us in the house were super kind, helpful and with great energy. Fernanda was super helpful, answered all the doubts and always very kind. The town hall loved the house and the amenities that the house offered as a pool, court, lawn, jumps and gourmet area. We will return for sure

My stay was simply perfect! From the first contact, communication with the host was quick, attentive and welcoming. The house is exactly as in the photos — clean, well decorated, extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we need to feel at home. Every detail was thought out with great care and affection. The location is excellent, in a quiet, safe area with easy access to everything. The bed is super comfortable, the rooms are well ventilated and lit. It was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I've ever had in a place to stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely return as soon as I have the opportunity. Great house, comfortable and with impeccable cleanliness, clean bedding and no mold or anything that might bother allergic people. Lucca was attentive and solicited. The condominium is safe, quiet and still has an internal market. We had a disagreement regarding the heating of the pool, but the owner made the correction in the listing. A detail that is not very evident in the photos is that the environments are integrated less the barbecue that is in the garage, but it was not a problem. Taking away the problem with the pool, it was a great experience and I recommend the site.

We had a wonderful weekend on the site! The site is extremely cozy, with an interior climate perfect for those who want to rest and enjoy nature. The space is large, very well taken care of, ideal to enjoy with friends or family. Luciano, was super receptive and made us feel at home from the first moment. In addition, Rebeca was always available and attentive throughout our stay, ensuring that we did not miss anything. I and the people who went with me love the experience and we certainly recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and pleasant refuge!
