Apartment in country environment with all the services and good communication to the center of Madrid by bus. Immediately when you leave there are pleasant paths through the countryside, you can reach a creek in 25 minutes walking. or by bike, among pines, holm oaks and ash trees. It is the surroundings of the Regional Park of the Middle Course of Rio Guadarrama. 500m from the apartment there is a shopping center with two supermarkets, restaurants etc. The European University is located 4 kilometres away.

The hidden compartment

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We have been hosting on Airbnb for years, renting out the attic of our own house. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to accommodate people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

Te despertarás cada mañana con vistas a un increíble jardín con árboles frutales y flores y podrás tomar el desayuno en una gran terraza mirando el monte. Detalles como la escalera de caracol o los arcos de piedra hacen de nuestra casa un sitio especial y diferente. La piscina es súper refrescante durante estos meses y tiene iluminación nocturna para que puedas disfrutar de un baño bajo las estrellas.

The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Space for bikes at the entrance, little difficulty parking on the street.

A very quiet and comfortable place to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retire to rest. Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.

The house is located in a beautiful garden shared with our own home. It is a guest house in an open loft style, separated from the main house. We are in the heart of a residential area, called "El bosque" (the forest). Close to ESC La Liga (300m). It is ideal to relax, quiet, with green surroundings only 20 km from Madrid. You can enjoy the chimney, Netflix in winter & the pool (shared with us) and barbecue in summer.
