The hidden compartment

Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant home. We have been hosting on Airbnb for years, renting out the attic of our own house. Since we didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to accommodate people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

Forget your worries in this great place: it's an oasis of tranquility! where you will be filled with energy, in a unique environment. Spacious and functional spaces to enjoy, relax, and be integrated. Parks and routes for walking/cycling in the middle of nature. 35 minutes by car from downtown Madrid and 11 km from the Xanadú shopping center, the only one in Spain with a ski slope. Duplex suite with terrace. Independent.

The apartment is 45 m2 On the main floor we have a loft with the living-dining room and the small kitchen, at the back the bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always there for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you travel with more ask me before!!

A car is absolutely necessary, and please note that the location is on inner streets that are not exposed.

Duplex directly facing a quiet square in Brunete (near Madrid). Perfectly equipped for 4 people. Ground level: 30 m² living room, equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom with toilet. In the basement, master bedroom with smart TV. An internal staircase leads to the enclosed master bedroom. The apartment may not be suitable for young children due to the internal staircase. Parking is easy and free in the streets around the apartment. There is no private parking space.

Marietta's house

Spacious suite on the ground floor, cozy and warm, very bright; with separate bathroom (shower tray, shampoo, gel and towels), bedroom with space for 2 or 3 people, desk, closet and bedding and living room with microwave and table for small meals. If you come to Madrid or the surrounding area, this is an excellent loft, 70 square meters, with access to the independent house. Spacious and modern. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.
