Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Brunswick County

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s so beautiful and has everything you could possibly need in it. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a convenient location that is 12 minutes to the beach one way and shops another way. This is such a perfect place for families even with children. Everything was well put together and was perfect for my first Airbnb booking. Rachel was so helpful and responsive. She had the home very well prepared for our stay. The house rules were extremely simple and check in/check out were easy to understand. My family and I definitely plan to return. Thank you so much Rachel!

Exactly what we were looking for. Small enough to be comfortable for 2 people and our dog. We don't need a McMansion, like everyone seems to be putting up. We loved it! Our dog leashed up, loved her covered, shaded and breezy deck and a short walk to the beach. She is senior now running is no longer on her itinerary. She is a lounger and we needed shade and a breeze for her. The furniture is very tasteful, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, bath towels fresh, kitchen had everything we needed to cook some local food. Nice pots n pans, etc. My husband, not our travel planner was already looking to re-book to come back. That never happens. We found several dog friendly places to try out, just enough to get you out for a bit and get back to your ocean view rental to enjoy it!! There are a few local fish places for fresh seafood. OI is a quaint and family oriented location and just what we were looking for to enjoy the beach with our dog. This unit is a gem!

This is such an adorable place. It was so inviting and yet historic at the same time. The house was decorated so cute with great use of the space! The street was also private, but very close to everything. Great for just a nice get away with an historic feel!

Lydia’s place was beautiful and so close to the beach. My family loved it and the fenced in yard for my dog. My husband loved the outdoor shower too.

Our stay was just as we hoped. Quiet neighborhood, great yard for our dog and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our time at Ester's Garden which was ideally located close to everything. We would love to stay again at a future date.

Great location right off the beach! House was clean and accommodated our small family perfectly. Will definitely look for this one again for our next trip to Carolina beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—peaceful and just a short walk from everything we needed. The home itself felt cozy and inviting, like our very own getaway spot. One of the absolute highlights was the game room—My daughter had the best time and it gave us some great family moments we’ll always remember. The host, Sam, was amazing—very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. It really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back again

My best friend and I stayed here for a few days while we were visiting OIB! This location was great and only a few minutes away from our favorite places! The cottage was beautiful and clean! We loved everything about the place and felt at home as soon as we first walked in to a little gift and note! Every room and bathroom had perfect additions and little things to make the stay much sweeter! This has definitely been one of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve booked!

The apartment was extremely clean and recently renovated in a wonderful location just across the street from the beach. It was well appointed and comfortable. Hope to stay again sometime soon!

We loved our stay at Scotty’s place and our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer! We were there for a fast little weekend at the beach and will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting the area. My family and I loved hearing the fountain in the lake behind the condo and watching the wildlife in and around the lake. We walked to the large pond along the golf course and saw a wood stork, a blue heron, and multiple alligators! The condo is exactly what we needed and in a perfect location and Scotty was so helpful with tips and recs and very communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Place was nice. Walking distance from the beach but we rented the golf cart provided with house for extra fee. Golf cart was super nice, big, and great. Also free Parking right at the beach. House did have a few small issues which can happen with renters but nothing major and people were very responsive with all issues. This includes a storm came and took down part of the fence first night we were there and they had someone out next morning to fix it. Also previous renters forgot to leave golf cart key. Surprisingly Someone was out with a spare key only 15 mins after I messaged about it. We were pleased with the stay. New pool is great and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the really responsive owners and property management.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

Super amazing host, I grew up in North Carolina Wilmington but hadn’t been back since I was 9 years old. Will, Morgan, and the casita made my come back quite perfect. Communicative about everything, great recommendations, amazing bed to sleep in, clean, 5/5!!

This house is so perfect and well thought out! There is easy access to the beach and the backyard was comfy and private - very dog friendly too :) Property management was also super responsive and helpful to any questions we had. It was a great first trip to OKI

Loved this little getaway. Off the main beach and very little traffic. The place screams “relax”. Loved the outside shower for getting rid of the sand. Most beautiful wind chimes. Short trip to beach and to some excellent restaurants.

This was a fantastic spot for our short beach getaway! The property is neat, clean, and offers so many thoughtful amenities—we truly appreciated all the little details. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and dinnerware you could need, and all the appliances are full-size, making it super easy to whip up dinner. The two A/C units kept the house at a consistent, comfortable temperature, and we loved having smart TVs included for our downtime. There’s so much to do nearby, and the beach is just a quick 10-minute drive away. The property is also conveniently set back from the road down a gravel drive, giving you a sense of privacy. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back!

Very good location with a nice yard for the dog and a carport to protect our car from the weather. Excellent communication. Spacious quarters. We would stay again.

Great place and great location. A lot of nice coffee shops, resturants, and bars. The Oak Pavillion was a close walk so no need to spend money on a ride share app. Bathroom had great water pressure and the laundry unit being right there was nice to warm a towel for post-shower. Parking was a little confusing but Ann st next to the church after the median on 3rd st was free parking. It was 3 blocks away uphill but parking was safe there the whole time and all amenities were close so you can leave your car and walk most everywhere. Great place to stay if you're visiting wilmington or (like we did) going to a concert.

Perfect place to rest & relax for what I needed. Hosts were responsive when messaged which is a must for me, great communication. Place was in pristine condition when I opened the door. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

It smelt amazing upon walking in! Gave it more of a home feel. Everything was super clean! Loved the extra touch of toothbrushes/toothpaste. All the little things made our week great. Easy beach access topped off our stay and I would highly recommend this place!
