If you're looking for a relaxing 5-star experience, this is your place! If you love the outdoors, you will love this place. We built it in an effort to bring the outdoors in. You can raise the glass "garage door" to have a beautiful view of nature and hear the wet weather creek running. You may even spot a deer or fox. It has a cozy king bed and we can also provide a luxury blow up mattress. This is a standalone guest house completely separate from the main house with it's own private driveway. You will have full access to explore the entire property and nearby hiking trails My wife and I are happy to hang out and provide advice on the best places to explore in Austin. However, if you want privacy you will never have to see us. There is a keypad on the front door, so you will have easy access with a key code and the entire transaction can occur through AirBNB. The home is in a very private neighborhood with lots between two and ten acres. The area is secluded and private, yet only 12 miles to downtown, two miles to Lake Austin, 8 miles to Lake Travis, and less than 10 minutes from a range of restaurants. Most people bring their car, but Uber is another great ways to explore Austin from this property. You can also ride your bike to Lake Austin (but you better be in shape to ride back up the hills) The home is in a very private neighborhood with lots between two and 10 acres. The home is also fully accessible and has ample parking along a semi-circle drive in the front.

You can grill under the covered pavilion with outdoor ceiling fans, roast marshmallows in the firepit, play in the private pool, swim off the dock and try our 2 kayaks. Fun facts: There are 2 bathrooms which are located inside of 2 of the bedrooms. So whoever is in the 3rd bedroom, will have to sneak through a bedroom to get to one of the bathrooms. Quirky- but FUN. The path to the lake is private but steep with loose gravel.
