I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation on the occasion of a competition taking place at the Rennes exhibition center. The accommodation, spacious and bathed in natural light, is located in the countryside, in a particularly peaceful environment, without any neighbors. Access to the exhibition center is very simple and fast: only ten minutes by car. This proximity, combined with the absolute calm of the place, makes this accommodation an ideal address for anyone who has to go to an event or an exam in this area. The accommodation is also perfectly equipped, maintained and functional, which contributes to an immediate feeling of well-being upon arrival. Finally, I would like to highlight the high quality of the welcome. The owners are very kind, available, caring and benevolent, while remaining discreet. Their hospitality was a real plus during this stay.

I came to Rennes to take a competition, and I had a great stay! The accommodation is 5 minutes' drive from the Exhibition Center, really great. It is set back from a main city axis, in a quiet street. Émilie even told me how to get to the shops on foot. The accommodation is very pleasant and well arranged. If I have a chance, I would come back without hesitation:)

Pleasant stay at Laurence's. She is the one who welcomes us and gives the various explanations... it changes from a key box!!!!! Spacious apartment with access through the basement and elevator (original........) that opens directly into the apartment. Near Rennes.

The apartment is much better and more spacious than the photos show. Marie's strong and positive responsiveness. If you are looking for a really quiet accommodation, very close to amenities and the center of Rennes, don't hesitate!

We spent 5 days in Audrey's accommodation for a competition that requires concentration and tranquility. The location of the accommodation was ideal (close to the exhibition center) and the environment was very quiet (residential neighborhood). The accommodation was as described and very well furnished. I recommend it.

Another reservation at Florian's for my stay in Rennes. This accommodation is very well maintained and offers proximity to the EHESP. The city center is a 20-minute walk, a bus stop for the center is located in front of the accommodation allowing you to easily get to several corners of Rennes. Florian was very responsive and available. I highly recommend this accommodation!
