Very pleasant stay in this spacious and pretty house. The garden is very large and there is a soccer field as well as a ping pong table available. We were very well received by the neighbor and the host was flexible with our departure time. We recommend!

We had a good stay in this accommodation, basic necessities, it's a very good idea especially if the person traveling has nothing planned. Everything is exactly as in the photos, it's clean, quiet, well located, not too far from the city center by car. The instructions are clear, the owner is available by message. Unfortunately, I was sick at the end of the stay and I couldn't do the end-of-stay cleaning as I wanted. If we go back to Rennes, we'll come back to this place.

Secure luxury property. The lobby, hallways, and elevator are very beautiful, and cleaning is done regularly in common areas. The apartment is new, bright, and furnished to the taste of the day. We spent 4 days in this accommodation, everything was perfect and peaceful! Antoine gave us good recommendations around the area via an arrival guide, he and his family are very welcoming and friendly! We even had the right to taste their garden strawberries!
