Holiday rentals with a patio in Bryson City

This was my third stay at Sharon’s property, and it definitely will not be my last! The apartment is beautifully decorated and is stocked with all amenities you will need. It was spotlessly clean, organized and comfortable. The view is amazing and I couldn’t spend enough time on the porch reading, enjoying the view of the mountains, and enjoying the peace and tranquility. I highly recommend daily walks around the lake! Sharon and Anna are amazing hosts and provide fast communication if and when needed. When an unexpected storm rolled thru and the power went out temporarily, Sharon was quick to provide candles, flashlight, and battery pack for my phone. The bed is very comfy, and the stocked Nespresso machine is such an added bonus! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay and will be back next summer to enjoy it again!

Great size for two people and close to downtown and overall centrally located. Bed comfortable. Road is right next to place and neighbors go up and down fast ( and at times loudly) Austin was responsive and very clean place

Solid place to stay for good value with everything needed for a week stay.

Don and the rental were fantastic. I can only wish that every Air BnB was done this well. Water on every table. The bathroom had everything you might have forgotten. The fridge had soda and water in it. Even had a Smores setup for the firepit outside. I will be back here regularly and Don's place will always be my first choice. Dons hospitality was world class. It is very hard to find genuine hospitality and Don hit it off the mountain.

My husband and I were so happy with our stay at Judy and Maria’s tranquil home. Everything from the creek to the hot tub and relaxing living space were perfect. My husband enjoyed fishing in such a great spot, and I enjoyed watching the ducks with their little ducklings, and the hummingbirds that visited often. 😊 We spent plenty of time relaxing, but also enjoyed the close proximity to good restaurants and shopping, and hiking. Casa Paz is in such a convenient and beautiful location. For good food we recommend Chef’s Table and Haywood Smokehouse in Waynesville, and Twisted Spoke in Maggie Valley. The place was very easy to find and Judy and Maria were very responsive with any question we had while we were there. Highly recommend a stay here!!

This is an amazing place!! Beautiful view, great place to sit outside, close walking path, quiet, comfortable and nicely furnished. It was just so perfect!! Fell in love with the apartment and Lake Junaluska. Cannot say enough about what an exceptional place this was!

Our stay at Karen’s place was just what we were looking for. It was a great location and perfect for exploring Bryson City and the surrounding areas. The rooms were clean and well-appointed!

This is a fantastic little place. The view was amazing and the sound of the creek was the best. Everything you might need is thought of and if we had any questions Samantha was helpful and very quick to respond. My husband didn’t want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at the Eagles Nest. It’s in a lovely, quiet neighborhood next to a peaceful creek, but still close to grocery stores and a quick 30-minute run to the AVL airport. We enjoyed seeing a mama turkey with her four babies in the yard. The home was perfect for our group of seven adults, and four separate floors provides privacy but still a large common kitchen/living room where we played games and ate meals together. The kitchen is well-stocked with the best coffee (Keurig and Nespresso) bar I’ve seen! We really appreciated the to-go cups as well. Towels were plush and plentiful, and all of the beds were comfortable. Matthew was a great host — exceptionally responsive and provided clear instructions. We would definitely return for another stay to this beautiful home!

We were in the area with our kids for some music gigs, and Selena‘s place was in a great location for us! We played in several nearby towns, and Franklin as well, which is just a few minutes away. The scenery was absolutely beautiful with the Mountain View off of the deck, as well as the various goats and donkeys in the pasture right across the street. The house had everything we needed, and more! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone! Thank you, Selena, for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, Steve went above and beyond—his attentiveness and excellent communication made everything seamless. He provided everything we could possibly need to ensure a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind and enjoy every moment. One of the true highlights was the stunning view from the porch—breathtaking and peaceful, and we were even lucky enough to spot elk in the wild for the very first time! If you're planning a trip to Maggie Valley, NC, look no further—this is the place to stay. It’s easy to get to, close to all the local attractions, and offers a truly unforgettable experience. Steven’s place is actually nicer than it looks in the photos. Loved all the little touches. The cows are adorable! Close by everything, but still peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I grew up in Sylva. We came home to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We had several questions for Diane and she was wonderful to work with. We will definitely rent this property again. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Everything went according to the description. The place is nice and in a very quiet area - if you're lucky, you can even see muskrats from your porch before the sunset!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. The Franklin area offers lots of activities and beautiful mountain scenery. An all around great experience.

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! This home has everything you need plus more. The decor was fantastic! Cleanliness was top notch. Jeanine also left complimentary snacks and coffee. Such a nice touch! We came in for Father’s Day and my Dad came over and we had plenty of room to hang out inside and outside. We went to Dancing Bear Lodge for dinner which is only 2 miles down the road and it was phenomenal! Great home, great location, great hospitality! I highly recommend! Thank you Jeanine!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came with our 4 year old and our teenager. Both of them had a great time and had plenty of things to do that they both enjoyed, which is not usually the case with their age gap. The place itself had lots of toys and books for my toddler and her own bed. There were also games to play with my teenager as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house had all the little details like beach towels, an airfryer, and a picnic basket. The screened porch was a favorite location for all us to enjoy. We even saw a bear one day from the porch! The resort was a blas!. We utilized both in the indoor and outdoor pools, the mini golf, and the lake. We had no problem finding good food at the restaurants around us and the store was super close as well. We spent half of our time at the resort and half of it out exploring the nature surrounding us. There were sooo many waterfalls to see. It is such a beautiful area, we will most definitely be coming back!
