Diese verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen Wohn/Essbereich mit abgetrenntem Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett.Auf dem bequemen Sofa können zusätzlich zwei Personen übernachten.Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum kochen ein.Überall Fußbodenheizung.Bach rauschen und Kuhglocken läuten.Eigenen Terrasse und Garten sind in Bearbeitung.Ortstaxe von 2,50€ pro Person pro Tag fallen vor Ort an.

Sawmill Eschachthal, Eschach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into a slumber for the last few decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion to a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old sawmill was preserved, especially by the refurbished exposed beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900 m, so the climate is a bit rougher, but still very sunny in summer. The location on the Eschach is special, which invites you to swim in the summer.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The picturesquely located and very quiet village of Kreuzthal in Allgäu is attractive in all seasons. Ideal for sports activities, whether hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing or mountain biking. In the summer you can swim in the free public swimming pool (200 m away) or in the Eschacher Weiher; in winter the nearest trails or ski resorts are not far away. The apartment Ideal for couples and solo travelers, sports enthusiasts and business travelers.

The apartment is on the first floor of a terraced house in a quiet residential area. We are sports and mountain enthusiasts and are happy to give excursion tips.

Of course, it's also ideal for a short trip. Just a five-minute walk away is a village shop, a butcher and a restaurant.
