Experience pure nature on beautiful walks, enjoy the sun on the roof loggia overlooking the foothills of the Alps. And yet in the middle of the Allgäu with all its possibilities. Hiking, mountain climbing, water sports, a trip to the royal castles or Lake Constance. All destinations can be reached within an hour.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

Make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room and enjoy the view of the unobstructed nature. The apartment has a large flat screen TV + free WiFi+fully automatic coffee machine. IMPORTANT! We will rebuild the garden for you. That's why the outdoor area is currently only partially usable . Planned completion in summer 2025.
