Once again, I used Alexander's place and it was wonderful again! The apartment just has that certain something and I'd love to come back!

I have now been to the apartment for the second time and would come back at any time. Ursula is very friendly, helpful and also very flexible when it comes to the arrival time. The apartment is ideal for beautiful excursion destinations in the nearby area, which can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes by car.

The guest apartment is beautiful and the hosts have really thought of everything and much more. It is very clean and cozy and we did not miss anything. Communication was excellent. A TOP neighborhood for our visits to Bielefeld.

Beautiful old building. Good design, but the pictures suggested something more high-quality to me. In my opinion and in comparison to our previous apartments via AirBnB, nothing extraordinary and a little too expensive.

We had an all-around pleasant stay at Vanessa's! The apartment was very well furnished – it really lacked nothing and you can tell that attention to detail was paid here. The location is also great – well connected in terms of transport and yet quiet enough to relax. Vanessa herself was incredibly warm, courteous and always helpful. From booking to departure, everything was straightforward. Petra always responded very quickly to questions. The location was perfect for our concern.

We were with four friends and a toddler in Martina's apartment and completely satisfied! We lacked nothing! The apartment was clean, nice and quiet with a beautiful garden. We were warmly welcomed and Martina was always approachable. I can only recommend the apartment. Also a good opportunity for families to have a holiday in a quiet, beautiful corner at a great price-performance ratio!

Brand new home, spotless, roomy, well equipped kitchen, comfortable. Everything you need for a short or longer stay. Kind hosts, quick to respond. Neighborhood is residential and quiet. House could benefit from some last finishes, such as breakfast table and extractor fan in kitchen. All in all, highly recommended.

We had a very enjoyable stay! ✨ The place was clean, lovingly decorated and ideal for unwinding. The quiet, secluded location was really good for us – perfect to unplug and get away from it all🌿. A very nice and friendly interaction except for the parking facilities that proved very difficult, everything was great. Always happy to come back.

The pool table was a winner. The biggest disadvantage was that it was spread over 2 floors and the upper floor was not accessible by wheelchair. The downstairs toilet was also cramped, as were some doors due to wheelchair accessibility. We greatly appreciated having a little more time to check out. Also the very complete equipment of kitchen was great. Thank you

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy, there is plenty of space and a pretty garden. The communication was uncomplicated and friendly and we were even able to enter the apartment earlier, which helped us a lot. We will be happy to come back!

Super apartment, very clean and well maintained with small touches. We felt right at home. The rooms were generously sized, so we also had enough space for two children's travel cots. We did not find it negative at all that there is no living room, as other reviews complained, because you can also sit very comfortably in the dining area. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.

Apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is nothing missing, on the contrary, even coffee and tea or some things you need in the bathroom. In the apartment, you immediately forget that you are in a backyard area. In the living room, you can comfortably watch TV or chill out. We found the beds excellent. For a strong body, the shower could be a little bigger, but you can manage and everything works. In any case, we felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment. Such a clean and well-equipped apartment can rarely be found. The only downside is perhaps the lack of parking directly in front of the apartment, but we were able to find a parking space just under 100 m away to bring the luggage from there to the apartment on a comfortable footpath. That went really well and the specified parking garage is great and can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot and cheap.

Nice, clean, small apartment, well connected. Hossam communicates in a very friendly and responsive manner. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed! If you are sensitive to the street: pack earplugs. The smart home is very practical because you don't have to hand over keys :-)
