Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Buda

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

We LOVED this apartment, beautifully laid out, spacious, clean and very comfortable with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and everything you could want. The location is amazing- right in the heart of everything and a stone’s throw from the river, transport and great restaurants. You can walk to all the attractions. It’s super cosy and Atilla could not have been a better host. It can be a little noisy at night on weekends as you are among all the restaurants so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We just loved staying here - it made our time in Budapest so much better having this gorgeous place to come home to! We didn’t want to leave!

Great apartment for someone looking for a place to stay before a connecting flight from Budapest. There is a supermarket attached to the apartment and a short distance away is an area with fast food restaurants. To an amazing courtyard house that is fun to sit in at night and in addition there is a pool in place. The host is very welcoming, available and waiting for us at the entrance upon arrival. He gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us where everything was. We stayed there for one night, 2 families, a total of 4 adults, 4 children, and 2 babies. The place has full equipment for children (bath, chair and crib)

A cozy privat house in a very quiet location, still conveniently close to Budapest center. We only stayed overnight being on a roadtrip, but the place was exactly as we expected: nice, clean and quiet. Very cozy terrace overlooking small garden with magnificent cherry tree. Very nice, caring and responsive hosts. Highly recommended and will be happy to return!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

The villa looked just like the pictures . We were a group of 14 ladies on a wellness retreat and the sleeping arrangements, the kitchen facilities , spa area , outdoor space for exercising were perfect . Good location and nice apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and the apartment was fantastic. High ceilings, tastefully decorated with beautiful tiles in the bathroom and designer lighting throughout. The kitchen was small and located in the hallway, complete with a coffee machine, toaster, crockery and appliances. We opened the bottle of rose which was left for us on arrival and raised a toast to the relaxing holiday. Kata was very responsive, friendly and helpful. You could not be better located in the city.

Emese is a very good hostess. The apartment was as described in a very good location, top clean, with storage for the car in the fenced property. We received valuable tips for Budapest and felt very comfortable. Thanks to our host!

Perfect place to stay, very clean, nice decor, quiet with everything you may need. All the essentials and more. Very comfortable and spacious. The location couldn’t be better, close to the Chain Bridge, the Parliament, the St.Stephen’s Basilica. A lot of restaurants and bars steps away. Metro station closed by. Many walk only beautiful fashion.streets and parks nearby.

Cozy apartment with an absolutely mesmerizing view from the balcony especially at sunset! You could spend hours just sitting there, soaking in the panorama. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to come back. Everything else was great too, but the balcony truly makes this place unforgettable

We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay! The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. The location is excellent: all the main landmarks are within walking distance, Lidl is just a few minutes away, and we found a fantastic food spot at Matula Bistro, only 2 minutes from the door. Istvan is a wonderful host - very responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in/out super easy, which was perfect for our late and early flights. We’d happily stay here again! Thanks for everything once again.

Overall, we liked the stay in the apartment very much. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very centrally located. There are many great restaurants nearby. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. Communication has always worked great - we have never waited more than 10 minutes for a response. We would love to come again and again. :)

Tamas is a very friendly and responsible host! His apartment is perfect for my visit in Budapest, great location and many tram and bus lines around the place to reach every areas. It nearby the Danube river, just 5mins walking you can have the nice river walk in the morning or night time which really make me enjoy the stay in Budapest! Annnnnd the most important is the apartment is well managed by Tamas, very clean and tidy of everything single item, I feel like going back home for the nights I stayed:) thank you for preparing this comfortable place, I got a very nice rest in my long Europe travelling:) will definitely come back your place when I visit Budapest again in the future🧡

Fantastic location in Budapest right in the heart of the city. Great restaurants and easy access to public transportation and to local sites. Barbara was very helpful and I really appreciate her hospitality. Definitely worth a stay if you like to be close to nightlife in Budapest but also want comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication with Attila and Ester was super smooth and everything was easy. Great location for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again!

Great location! Easy to walk to all interesting tourist spots. Great view of Parliament House. The apartment was extremely comfortable with shutters which blocked the noise and light out which makes for a peaceful sleep. Access to washing machine and dryer helps with longer stays. Local area had a supermarket, gym, hairdresser and nail salon. When we come back to Budapest we will definitely stay here!
