The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. It was a super nice weekend for my boyfriend and me, the perfect weekend trip to just escape everyday life and relax. It was really a very modern furnished and cozy tiny house as seen in the pictures in real even so much more beautiful. We will definitely come back - I can only recommend it. Many thanks to the friendly hosts and also to the nice staff who made our departure unforgettable with the great Meet&Greet with the alpacas.

Ingrid and Ewald were great hosts. The apartment is really very nice, comfortable and well furnished. There was nothing missing. Highlights are the many small technical features 😄👍 (lighting, blinds)! The location is perfect for cycling or hiking. There were helpful documents in the apartment, for example, from the ADFC😎! The time was too short to explore everything, i.e. we would love to come back😁!

We had a nice stay at Vincent's accommodation - nicely decorated, clean and with a more comfortable bed! Very idyllic with cows right outside the seating area! All the people at the farm were super nice and friendly! Behind the hut, a country road runs, which can be heard. It didn't bother us, but you should know if you plan to stay longer.
