Just 2 minutes walk down the drive onto the High Street, 8 mins from the beach & coast path and situated at the top of our long, private drive, the boat house enjoys peace and privacy at the same time as being very conveniently situated.

Here is our bright and modern double guest suite, accessed down a private path to your patio with table for two. A willow screen for privacy amongst our garden. A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.
