Holiday rentals with a patio in Budva

My friends from Turkey can trust my advice, we had no problems with the house, it was very nice and clean, the view was impeccable

From the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the bay and the city. All restaurants are within walking distance and you can quickly get to the parking lot.

The apt was very clean, everything was perfect! The surroundings are amazing! Anna was very helpful and nice, she gave us recommendations for markets, restaurants, al that was important to us. We hipe to visit again soon!

A million dollar view of the bay, mountains, and city of Kotor. Natasa was incredibly flexible and helpful in our arrival and throughout our stay. She and her daughter were friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Natasa's modern, ultra-clean apartment is highly recommended.

Clean room. Location close to the beach, restaurants (on the beach), shops, city centre. Only thing that wasn’t good for me is distance to main street, so it was quite loudly accordingly to my standards, but guess this is a “cost” of being close to the city centre.

The room offered was exactly the same as the ones pictured. The fact that the room was on the 9th floor offered a nice city view, the location was in the city center and quite close to Old Town. The only problem was that we had to pay a parking fee of 20 euros per day due to the lack of free parking. We were satisfied with Mr. Atakan's hosting, thank you

The apartment was just right for my needs. It was neat and you could find everything you needed there. A short walk to the beach and the city. Tanja responded to messages quickly and she was very friendly. I'd stay here again!

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

Beautiful cottage, in a quiet and beautiful place. We had a great rest, fried fish, grilled meat and bathed in the jacuzzi. We drove to all the sights. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more, the first time I meet such, just great! Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality 🩷

The house was beautiful and we loved chilling outside at the pool. Beds were really good and we slept so well. And the views were so gorgeous!!!

We had an amazing stay at Radmila and her family's place. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She was welcoming and caring from the get go. Making sure we felt right at home and insisted that we do not hesitate to ask her if we have any questions or concerns. She gave us recommendations about things to do and how we would best visit the old town in Kotor by car, where to park etc. The beds were comfortable with air conditioning in every room. Plenty of towels available for a group of five. Coffee capsules was provided which was very appreciated. The shower pressure was great. The view from the apartment is amazing. I don't think I've ever had such a beautiful view before. The apartment overlooks the Kotor bay and makes you pinch yourself as if it's not real. Note that a car is ideal for this location as it's higher up in the mountain and around a 5-10 minute drive to the main city of Kotor. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and I give it a 10/10.

Milica was a wonderful host. She sent us the directions with pictures, it was very easy for us to find. The location of the house is 20 minutes from the center, the road was very pleasant and very beautiful. It was very kind of her to greet us at the door and describe the house. Everything was thought of at home, nothing was missing. Thank you, we will come again

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Darko’s place was perfect. Basically in the center of everything, while being tucked away for some peace and privacy when there. The place itself was spacious and clean. And the host was very responsive and friendly. Overall highly recommended!

The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. I highly recommend a nice time in beautiful Montenegro.

The apartment is very well located, close to the train station, the old town and the beach. Several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was very clean and very functional, a little plus for the balcony overlooking the mountains. Milos was very professional, helpful and quick to answer my questions.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.
