Holiday rentals with a sauna in Budva

Zorans place was a fantastic few days for us in Kotor. The apartment is decorated amazingly well with accent and mood lighting make it extremely modern almost futuristic. The location could not have been better as it was just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the old city. The bed was super comfortable although the bedroom was quite bright in the morning due to black out blinds only being on one window. The car park was easy to park and to get in and out of to do day trips such as to the cable car. Inside the apartment was very comfortable with good A/C and the sauna was an incredible addition. The main problem we had was finding the place and navigating the one way system and picking the correct entrance - so we actually had to do a few laps and contact the host when we were lost. Once we knew where it was it was very easy to get in and out again. We would 100% want to stay there again though as the location is incredible.

You couldn't ask for a lovelier or more accommodating host. Such a beautiful view from the top floor - it never got old. This home has a great location and is easy to walk to the Old Town, maybe 15 minutes. This place worked out perfectly for our group and we hope to return to Montenegro soon!

Очень чистая и уютная квартира, со всем необходимым для жизни. Бассейн во дворе почти всегда пустой, с чистой водой, есть бар. Вид из окон на Свети Стефан и холмы, покрытые оливковыми деревьями. Очень тихий и уютный район. До пляжей, ресторанов и продуктовых магазинов можно дойти пешком. Немного трудно взбираться на гору после пляжа, наличие автомобиля решает эту проблему. Паркинг большой, всегда было место для нашей машины. Хозяйка предоставила рекомендации с достопримечательностями.

Logement au top : spacieux, propre, moderne, confortable avec une piscine super agréable avec une belle vue sur la baie de Kotor. Tout est bien pensé et fourni dans l’appartement avec une climatisation performante et discrète. Le logement est bien situé dans la baie de Kotor et la résidence est calme, avec peu de monde à la piscine. Notre arrivée s’est très bien passée avec présentation de l’appartement et remise des clés. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je recommande à 100 % !

Really enjoyed the stay and flat was fantastic. Great view from balcony. Facilities with pool sauna and steam room were great. Only slight downside was WiFi which we had to open flat door to get access despite the extender been right outside the door.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super – auf jede Frage gab es schnell eine hilfreiche Antwort. Ob vor unserer Anreise oder während unserem Aufenthalt, Isabel und Yasir waren durchweg freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, was den gesamten Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat sogar noch ein paar praktische Extras, die nicht in der Beschreibung standen – wirklich ein Pluspunkt! Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna sowie die Außenanlagen sind top gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Ob als Paar oder mit einer jungen Familie – diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Ivana is a great host! She gave us accurate instructions for location and gave us a heads up about the steepness of street to come to the apartment. There was a reserved parking waiting for us and as we entered the apartment everything was as it’s described. It’s in the ground floor where the pool is, has big balcony and everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. The place has SPA with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi…there is also a fair gym where we spent some time because the weather was bad for two days. Great pool also! Onog thing is that IT is preaty steep from the beach to apartment . You need to be in good shape to manage w/o taking a break. :) There was a market close by. Overall we LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! :)

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon auf das Meer und den Pool war atemberaubend – wirklich ein Highlight. Morinj ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern: Es gibt einen Stadtstrand mit Liegen für 5 €, aber auch einen ruhigeren Luxusstrand mit Bar und komfortableren Liegen für 20 €. Zwei schöne Cafés sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar – besonders zu empfehlen ist das Café direkt am Wasser: leckeres Essen, toller Kaffee und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort: ein Supermarkt, ein kleiner Kiosk und zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Am Strand kann man Kajaks, SUPs oder Boote mieten – ideal für kleine Abenteuer auf dem Wasser. Das Essen war überall frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen!

Amazing apartment with wonderful views and right on the beach in perfect location. If you are driving make sure you get clear instructions on where to park (we didn’t get any) and don’t follow Google maps!

This is the best residential experience we have ever had! I was amazed at the beautiful design at a glance. The owner who received us was very enthusiastic and introduced all the facilities carefully. The design of the room is also great, very suitable for the whole family to travel and live in. The surrounding scenery is perfect, especially the most beautiful sunset. I would love to stay there again!

Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description. Ceca était très réactive et aimable. Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement (même si le lit n’était pas tout confort) Le logement est idéalement situé, juste à côté de la plage et des commerces. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement et le recommandons chaudement.

It was an wonderfully relaxing experience. The place is just like the pictures, with all the comfort we needed. The apartment is located in a very peaceful environment - close to the beach - yet there are good supermarkets nearby. Gordana was very kind and helpful at all times. We miss everything already!

Toute la famille a été ravie du sejour L’accueil par les parents de Dusanka a été exceptionnel, nous avons été reçus avec des fruits, fromage et charcuterie. Un matin Nicola nous a apporté des légumes et un autre des pains au fromage et à la viande. La piscine est géniale et la maison très bien située, à condition d’avoir une voiture . Pour la location, il s’agit de 2 appartements indépendants et nos ados ont donc beaucoup apprécié leur indépendance et nous la notre.

Echt een prachtig huis! Zoals op de foto’s! Buitenruimte heerlijk veel ruimte. Wij hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de buitenkeuken, deze was inclusief koelkast en barbecue. Alles zeer stijlvol aangekleed. Ook de jacuzzi op het dak en de sauna waren heerlijk. Er was basis voorraad in huis zoals zout, suiker, koffie. En zelfs meer dan dat: chocolade en vers fruit, flesje wijn en in de koeling koud bier en frisdrank. Superhost! Er werd gebouwd rondom het huis dus in de toekomst zal het niet meer zo privé zijn, wat jammer is. Maar voor nu echt een geweldig huis.

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

We had an amazing stay at this villa – what a gem! We were a big group (8 adults and 5 kids under 4!), and the house handled us perfectly. While the location is listed as Muo, it’s actually in Prčanj – but honestly, that didn’t bother us at all. We quickly figured out the local bus system, which was super handy and added to the adventure. It leaves from the Dodo Market by the way! A special shoutout to Ljubo, who was there instantly whenever we needed help with anything – incredibly helpful and kind! Now, let’s talk about the SAUNA – absolutely BRILLIANT. It has a proper Harvia stove, and as a group of Finns, we were seriously impressed. Full approval from the sauna experts – we LOOOOVED IT. The villa itself is beautiful and well-equipped, and the hill? Not a problem at all. It actually gave us some nice daily exercise and fantastic views as a reward. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.

Well let’s start, Villa Feliz exceeded our expectations. Place looked amazing over the photos when we booked and we were sure that we will like it , but we were not prepared that we gonna love it right away when we walked in. Branislav was very responsive during our conversation before we arrived and he was super friendly and there was us once we arrived. House is amazing, beautifully decorated, kitchen stocked with everything, even they welcomed us with three bottles of wine, water and soda in the fridge. House and all rooms are actually bigger than they seemed over the pictures. Pool is amazing and just perfect addition to everything. I can keep going on and on but I’m afraid won’t let me type in everything lol We will definitely come back and I highly recommend this place. There is a 0 chance to make a mistake booking it , only mistake you can make is if you don’t book it , so go for :) Thank you Branislav for such a beautiful time at your home.

Vlado was very responsive, gave recommendations of restaurants, was very accommodating on all our requests. He was also flexible with check out time. Cleaning lady was coming every day and it was included in the price. We really enjoyed the stay.
