Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Budva Municipality

I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment at Branka. Helpful and kind hosts. There were no problems arriving early. The apartment is very clean, large and has everything you need (there is also a dishwasher and washing machine). A big plus is the terrace with a nice view where you can eat breakfast. The apartment is not in the center of Budva which is the biggest advantage. There is peace and quiet. The apartment also has parking spaces if someone is a car. There are shops nearby. Maybe someone will need information: in the Mega store you can buy various spiced meat and they will grill it for you for free. One of the best accommodations I've had.

Very well located in a calm area. Close to the beach and a supermarket. Savo is very responsive to all questions we had. We had a really nice stay. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful 7 days at Krsto's place. He made us so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment is in a great location, only 20 minutes walk to the beach and 30 to the Old Town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk. If you want to go further afield you will find Taxis at the bottom of the road. The apartment was also sparking clean with everything we needed. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Excellent home and host. The view is nicer than anything. Kate and her brother are very kind and helpful. If I come back to Budva, I would like to stay here.

The room offered was exactly the same as the ones pictured. The fact that the room was on the 9th floor offered a nice city view, the location was in the city center and quite close to Old Town. The only problem was that we had to pay a parking fee of 20 euros per day due to the lack of free parking. We were satisfied with Mr. Atakan's hosting, thank you

Radmila was great person, very friendly and helpful. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and I still have some stiff ideas about the from my point of view higher price not during main season and offering standard as 2 adults sleep on the sofa in living room.. But we enjoyed our trip and all was fine, we had possibility to use garage for parking, thank you.

Just nice for 1 night stay

Perfect place with a perfect view! We felt very at home here. The location is fantastic and there is a shortcut pathway right next to the apartment that takes you down to the area leading to the beach. Communication was fantastic and we were also able to check in early! Highly recommend.

First of all, we found the address easily, the location of the house was in a very nice place, the air was very clean, the hosts were very good as husband and wife. They supported me in every matter, they were very helpful, there was no problem with the house, everything was smooth, so I thank them very much. I definitely recommend them to everyone for being such a good host✨✨✨✨✨.

The house was excellent!

a large apartment with a balcony and the opportunity to spend time in the garden, in the shade of figs and near the grill. Important: There is no freezer in the fridge, but it is on the ground floor, shared. The hostess launders herself - in the evening he gave it, received it in the morning. There is a large and beautiful beach, with restaurants, cliffs. Along the way, there are many kiosks with all sorts of things and two - with wonderful vegetables and fruits. The place is very convenient for traveling by car - and parking is good, and the road is nearby. The hosts are attentive and friendly, know a lot about interesting places around, always happy to answer any questions.

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

Zorica was an amazing host. We needed a lot of help with taxis and she provided all of it whenever we asked. She even spoke to our taxi driver over the phone mid drive to help us communicate with him. The room itself has all you need for a short trip. Very basic but all was there and functioning. Well recommended!

We were received in a very friendly manner. Everything was explained to us and it was very clean. We were there with our two dogs, the garden is well fenced. Everything was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Lea's flat is recommended. She and her family were super nice to us. Lea is a very communicative person at all times pending and was quick to respond.

I stayed at Sava's studio and it was a great option for my vacation. The accommodation was exactly as in the photos, I would say that in real life everything is better and bigger + a large balcony. The room has all the basic necessities for cooking, also an iron, a hair dryer, a washing machine! There is a large grocery store nearby, and a small one 24/7. The main beach is 15 minutes' walk away, very convenient. There are also restaurants and cafes for every taste near the accommodation. I definitely recommend Sava's accommodation, and I will be happy to stay with him next time! Thank you so much! 🌟

The apartment is very nice and clean with a large balcony. It is fully equipped with everything we needed, i.e. washing machine, kitchen, air condoning, etc. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and the center of Petrovac. The bus station is also very close nearby. Ilija is a very friendly host. I lost my mobile phone at a previous accommodation in Biogradsga Gora National Park. He organized a transport for my phone, so that I got it back during my vacation. Check-In and Check-Out was very uncomplicated as Ilija was very flexible.

Hi just wanna say about my stay in Luka place .Extremely nice people both brothers ,place nice and clean and beautiful location,and especially the view from balcony towards sea.Becici beach not far away from the Luka place.just wanted to recommend this nice and quiet place to anyone who comes to Budva.

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.
