Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. The house has a Canadian well, a geothermal system that cools the air in the house. However, the shutters must be kept closed when the sun is beating down on the bay windows.
